Hurt in Shooting Incident
PAGADIAN
CITY, Zamboanga Del Sur (Jan. 18, 2019) -
Shooting incident transpired at B Aquino Street, Barangay Santa Lucia, Pagadian
City, at about 1:45 AM of January 18, 2019.

Regional Director identified the victims as:
Rowel
Dela Peña Manriquez, 34 years old, male, married, LBC delivery boy, and a
resident of Purok Mabini, Santo Niño, Pagadian City and
Ronald
Maurin Enriquez, 32 years old, male, single, Project Officer of Katipunan Bank,
and a resident of Purok Magsaysay, Santo Niño, Pagadian City.
Suspects are two (2) unidentified male
persons riding an undetermined single motorcycle heading towards Jamisola
Extension, Santa Lucia, Pagadian City.
The Victims were identified as:
(a) Rowel sustained gunshot wounds on
his buttocks, who was brought to Mendero Hospital, Pagadian City while
(b) Ronald sustained gunshot wounds on
his right thigh who was brought to Aisah Hospital, Pagadian City both are now
on stable condition.
Investigation disclosed that prior to
the incident the victims are involved in an altercations with the lady
entertainers of Aquarium KTV bar along F. Jamisola Street, Santa Lucia,
Pagadian City.
Allegedly, Rowel took video to a lady
entertainer without permission but was amicably settled. Thus, the two (2) went
home on board their motorcycle when they were both shot from behind, by two
unidentified persons riding in motorcycle.
Recovered pieces of evidence from the
crime scene are two (2) fired cartridges for caliber .45 pistols.

wouded in Hacking Incident
AURORA,
Zamboanga Del Sur (Jan. 18, 2019) - One
person was wounded in Hacking Incident transpired at Purok 3, Brgy Bag-ong,
Mandaue, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:30 PM of January 17, 2019.

Regional Director identified the victim as Welmer Gomez y Mapula, male, 45
years old, labor by occupation and a resident of Purok 3, Brgy Bag-ong, Mandaue.
The suspect was identified as Bilmor
Mangoyanon y Namocot, 41 years old, married, Brgy Kagawad of Brgy Bag-ong,
Mandaue Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Accordingly, victim (Welmer) and
suspect (Bilmor) was under the influence of intoxicating liquor and argument
ensued between them which the suspect get a scythe and hacked the victim.
As a result hereof victim (Welmer)
sustained a hacked wound on his right shoulder and left middle finger and
immediately brought to Aurora Community Emergency (ACE) Hospital, Brgy Cabilinan,
Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur for medication.
While suspect Bilmor Mangoyanon was
successfully apprehended by the responding police officers at the
above-mentioned place and was brought to Aurora MPS for proper case
disposition.
Wanted
Person Arrested in Zamboanga Del Sur
TAMBULIG,
Zamboanga Del Sur (Jan. 18, 2019) - PNP
Personnel of Tambulig Municipal Police Station conducted police operation on
wanted person at about 2:00 PM of January 16, 2019 at Purok 1, Brgy Upper
Liason, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur.

Regional Director identified the arrested man as Julio Mocoy ‘Aka’ Loloy, 35
years old, married, Farmer and a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Upper liason,
Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The suspect was by virtue of Warrant of
Arrest for the crime of Acts of lasciviousness under criminal case number no.
2018-10-3615 dated December 28, 2019 issued by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, Acting
Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del
Sur with recommended bail bond of Eighty thousand pesos (Php 80, 000.00).
The arrested subject person is now
under the custody of Tambulig MPS for proper disposition.

Army-Man Held for Violation of RA 9262
GUIPOS,
Zamboanga Del Sur (Jan. 18, 2019) - PNP
Personnel of Guipos MPS conducted police operation on wanted person at Purok
1B, Brgy. Poblacion, Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:30 AM of January 16,
2019.
PCSUPT Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9 Regional Director said that the
operation resulted to the arrest of SSgt Najamad Pandapit y Arad (retired) 51
years old, married, a resident of Tabiawan, Isabela City, Basilan for the crime
of Violation of R.A. 9262 or Anti-Violence
Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004" under criminal case number no. 7868-2k5 dated August
29, 2005 issued by Hon. Benjamin R Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch
22, Pagadian City, with recommended bail bond of twenty thousand pesos (Php20,000.00).
The arrested subject person is now under the custody of Guipos MPS for
proper disposition.
Shooting
Incident
PITOGO,
Zamboanga del Sur (Jan. 18, 2019) - Shooting
incident transpired at Purok 7, Barangay Balong Balong, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del
Sur at about 7:40 AM of January 17, 2019.
Initial investigation conducted by
Pitogo MPS disclosed victim identified as Romeo Onggay Sauro aka “Loklok”, 52
years old, married, farmer and resident of same place.
Prior to the incident at about 7:00 AM
of January 17, 2019 the victim went to Barangay Poblacion Pitogo, Zamboanga del
Sur to send his daughter in school subsequently while the victim was driving
his single motorcycle travelling on his way back home, thereafter about 7:40 AM
same date the neighborhood heard several shots which seems originated near the
house of the victim.
The victim sustained gunshot wounds
(GSW) at the back of his head and different parts of his body that caused his
sudden death.
The suspects was allegedly fled towards
Barangay Tipange, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur sailed with two undetermined
motorized pump boat.
Recovered from the crime scene is one
(1) fired cartridge case of caliber 45 which is collected by SOCO provincial
crime laboratory. Motive of the incident is still undetermined.

7610 Violator Arrested in Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur
DIMATALING,
Zamboanga del Sur (Jan. 18, 2019) - Joint
operation was conducted by the Zamboanga Sibugay Police Office-Provincial
Intelligence Branch, Sinacaban MPS, Misamis Occidental PPO and Dimataling MPS at
Purok 2, Barangay Tipange, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 11:30 AM in
the morning of January 17, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Constantino Jaime y Tagbas alias “Tatay Bulyok”, 62 years old, male,
married, Filipino residing at Purok African Daisy, Senior Sinacaban, Misamis
Occidental.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of the Warrant of Arrest issued by
Honorable Roy P. Murallon , Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 10th
Judicial Region, Branch 13, Oroquieta City with Criminal Case No. 2018-149 for
the crime of acts of lasciviousness In Rel. to R.A. 7610 (1st count) issued on
November 26, 2018 with bail recommended- Php80,000.00.
The accused is now temporarily detained
at Dimataling MPS for Proper disposition.
Man
Held in Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur for COMELEC Gun Ban Violation
LAPUYAN,
Zamboanga del Sur (Jan. 18, 2019) - A
34- year old man was arrested PNP personnel of Lapuyan MPS after he was caught
in the carrying a FA which tucked in his waist during the commotion that
occurred during the Coronation Night celebration of “61st Araw ng Barangay
Bulawan” at Barangay Bulawan, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:00 AM of
January 17, 2019.

Regional Director identified the arrested man as Jumay Mengo Y Guinon, 34 years
old, married, and a resident of Purok 4, Barangay Carpok, Lapuyan, Zamboanga
Del Sur.
The suspect was arrested by responding
police officers after he attempted to draw his firearm tucked in his right side
waistline during the commotion incident which prompted the responding police
officer to grab his right hand and recover the firearm and placed the suspect
under arrest for violation of COMELEC gun ban.
Confiscated from the possession of the
arrested suspect are one (1) unit cal. 45 pistol, colt, with serial no. 51748
inserted with one (1) unit magazine of same caliber loaded with six (6) live
ammunition (hardball) and one (1) live ammunition (hollow point).
An inquest case for violation of
COMELEC Gun Ban is now being prepared by Lapuyan MPS against the suspect. Said
arrested person is now under custody of Lapuyan MPS for proper disposition.
