Man Arrested
LABANGAN,
Zamboanga Del Sur (Feb. 14, 2019) - PNP
personnel of Labangan Municipal Police Station conducted operation against
wanted person at Purok Mangga 1, Brgy Lantian, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur at about
5:00 PM of February 13, 2019.
The operation resulted to the arrest of
Reynaldo Ledesma y Tingtingan, 59 years old, married and a resident of said
place by virtue of warrant of arrest docketed under Criminal Case No 1730-L
issued by Presiding Judge, 9TH Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Labangan-Tukuran,
9th Judicial Region, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur for the crime of Reckless
Imprudence resulting in Serious Physical Injuries and Damage to Property with
bail recommended for the temporary liberty fixed at Php 12,000.00.
The accused was temporarily detained at
Labangan MPS for proper disposition.

Zamboaga del Sur (Feb. 14, 2019) - Joint
PNP personnel of Pitogo Municipal Police Station, Zamboanga Del Sur Police
Office-Intel Branch and Magsaysay Municipal Police Station of Lanao Del Norte conducted
Intel driven operation at Barangay Daan Campo, Magsaysay, Lanao Del Norte at about
6:15 AM of February 13, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Romelo Hilamon Y Balingit, aka Taloy Hilamon 25 years old, single,
carpenter by occupation and a resident of aforesaid place by virtue of warrant
of arrest docketed under Criminal Case Nr. 14-111 issued by Acting Presiding
Judge Felix B. Rodriguez Jr. RTC 9th Judicial Region of San Miguel Zamboanga
del Sur for the crime of Murder with No Bail recommended.
The arrested suspect was temporarily
detain at Pitogo Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.

Zamboanga Del Sur (Feb. 14, 2019) - Police
operatives of Tukuran Municipal Police Station conducted operation at Purok
Bougainvilla, Barangay Curvada, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 1:30 PM of
February 13, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of George Gozalo Y Diaz, 54 years old, married, farmer and a resident of
same place. The accused was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest docketed in
Criminal Case number 14165-2K19 issued by Presiding Judge of RTC 9th Judicial
Region, Branch 21, Pagadian City dated January 31, 2019 for the crime of Murder
with no bail bond recommended.
He was temporarily detained at Tukuran
MPS for proper disposition.

Zamboanga Del Sur (Feb. 13, 2019) - Combined
operatives of Dumingag Municipal Police Station and Zamboanga Del Sur Police
Office-Intel Branch conducted operation at Barangay Upper Landing, Dumingag,
Zamboanga Del Sur
at about 10:30 AM of February 13, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Lorencio Ebarbia y Tamparong, 29 years of age, single, active member
of 55th IB SCAA, residing at Prk5 Brgy. Guitran, Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
warrant of arrest docketed under Case Number 5183-D issued by Presiding Judge,
11th MCTC Mahayag-Dumingag & Josefina, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur for the
crime of Attempted Homicide with Thirty Six Thousand Pesos (Php36,000.00) bail
recommended.
He was temporarily detain at Dumingag
MPS for proper disposition.

PNP personnel of Lapuyan Municipal Police Station and Zamboanga Del Sur Police
Provincial Office conducted checkpoint operation thru intelligence driven
information (Service of Arrest Warrant) at Purok Datu, Barangay Poblacion,
Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur on February 14, 2019 at about 11:00 AM.
The successful checkpoint operation was
resulted to the arrest of Liuterio Luminghat Sampayan, 44 years old, male,
married, farmer, and resident of Purok Guinhuran Gbae, Barangay Poblacion,
Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder, docketed under Criminal Case number
1372-L, dated 09 March 2001, issued by Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court,
Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur with no bail bond recommended.
Subject person is now temporarily
detained at Lapuyan MPS detention cell while awaiting the commitment order from
the court.

Zambonaga del Sur (Feb. 15, 2019) - On February
14, 2019 at about 3:50 PM, joint PNP personnel of Bukidnon PPO, Valencia City
Police Station, Panaon MPS, and Aurora MPS, Zambonaga del Sur conducted police
operation (Service of Arrest Warrant) at Purok 6, Bagontaas, Valencia City,
Bukidnon.
The operation waqs resulted to the
arrest of Ruperto Lowaton Y Aguerre, 76 years old, married, Radio Commando
Radio Station, and resident of Purok 6, Barangay Bagontaas, Valencia, Bukidnon.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Rape, docketed under Criminal Case number
07-10, 521, dated 20 February 2008 issued by Presiding Judge, Regional Trial
Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur with no bail
bond recommended..
Subject person now temporarily detained
at Valencia City Police Station Detention Cell and to be turn-over to PNP
personnel of Aurora MPS for proper disposition.
