April 15, 2019 Reported incident in Zamboanga del Sur

Alleged Burning Incident on Election Campaign
LABANGAN, Zamboanga del Sur (April 15, 2019) - On April 15, 2019 at about 7:30 AM, The person of Police Lieutenant Colonel Mohiden Maulana Balimbingan (Retired), 65 years old, married, resident of Brgy. Tapodoc, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur and a Candidate for Sanggunian Bayan in Labangan Municipality under PDP-LABAN Party.

Personally appeared at Labangan MPS informing that their three (3) Political Ads/Billboards installed/mounted along the National Highway of Brgys. Tapodoc, Upper Sang-an and Balimbingan, all of Labangan municipality were intentionally burned by unidentified suspect/s.

Acting on the said report, PNP personnel of Labangan MPS led by PLT Fernando Osayan Ordeniza, Officer In-Charge, proceeded to the reported place of incident to verify the veracity of said report and conduct investigation. I

nitial investigation disclosed that the incidents possibly happened at dawn of this date based on the revelations of some residents near the location where the Political Ads were established.

PNP personnel of Labangan MPS in coordination with the Municipal COMELEC Officer are conducting follow up investigation of the incidents.

Man Held for Violation of Election Gun Ban
MOLAVE, Zamboanga del Sur (April 15, 2019) - On April 14, 2019 at about 9:00 PM, a man outside their house who appeared drunk armed with a .38 revolver and suddenly fired it to the ground.

Investigation conducted disclose identified as John Oliveros Embodo, 25 years old, single and a resident of Purok 6, Barangay Bag-ong Argao, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur armed and holding a .38 revolver which prompted the Alert team of Molave MPS ordered to put down his firearm on the ground and immediately placed him under arrest and was inform of his constitutional rights. 

Confiscated from the suspect one 38 revolver without serial number and one fired cartridge case.

The suspect was brought to Molave MPS for proper disposition.

Most Wanted Person Arrested
PAGADIAN CITY (April 14, 2019) - Pagadian City Police Station detective team together with Dapitan City Police and Police station 7, Bacolod City Police conducted joint manhunt operation at the Back of San Agustin College, Barangay 5, Bacolod City at about 7:00 PM of April 14, 2019.

The operation was resulted to the arrest of Lusile Adellene Salacut y Quiapo, 25 years old, Top five (5) Most wanted person city level of Pagadian City Police Station.

The accised was arrested  by virtue of Warrant of arrest all for the crime of Estafa with total amount of bail bond for her temporary liberty is Four Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Pesos (Php461,000.00).
