Gun Ban Violator Arrested
MIDSALIP,
Zamboanga del Sur (April 3, 2019) – Police operatives of Midsalip Municipal Police Station conducted
manhunt operation against wanted person at Purok 1, Barangay Guinabot, Midsalip
Zamboanga Del Sur at about 11:30 AM of April 1, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of wanted person. Police Brigadier General Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9
Regional Director identified the arrested person as Marlo Manzanades Balido, legal
age, male, single, and a resident of above-mentioned place.
The accuse was arrested by virtue of
warrant of arrest for the crime of unlawful possession of firearm, docketed
under Criminal Case # 17-10, 1410, and Violation Of Omnibus Election Code (gun
ban) docketed under Criminal Case # 17-10, 1409, issued by judge of RTC, 9th Judicial
Region, Branch 30, Aurora Zamboanga Del Sur with bail bond recommended to One
Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100, 000.00) and Forty Thousand Pesos (P40, 000.00).
Arrested accused is now detained under
the temporary custody of Midsalip MPS for proper disposition.

Arrested in Pagadian City for Estafa
PAGADIAN
CITY (April 3, 2019) – The Police
operatives of Pagadian City Police Station conducted police operation against
wanted person at Pagadian City Hall Complex, Gatas District, Pagadian City at about 5:00 PM of April 1, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of 35-yaer old wanted person.
Police Brigadier General Emmanuel Luis
D Licup, PRO9 Regional Director identified the arrested suspect as Michelle
Lauron Socillo, 35 years old, female, married, Filipino and a resident of Purok
Luy-A, Barangay Sibucao, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The accused was arrestred by virtue of
warrant of arrest for the crime of Estafa docketed under Criminal Case # 9560-2k9,
issued by Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch
19, Pagadian City dated December 21, 2009 with bail bond recommended of Forty
Thousand Pesos (P40,000.00).
Arrested accused is now detained under
the temporary custody of Pagadian City Police Station for proper disposition.

peson kille in Shooting Incident
KUMALARANG,
Zamboanga del Sur (April. 3, 2019) – One
person was kille in Shooting incident transpired at the remote area of Purok
Dumalian, Barangay Diplo, Kumalarang, Zamboanga del Sur at about 9:30 PM of
April 2, 2019.
Police Brigadier General Emmanuel Luis
D Licup, PRO9 Regional Director identified the victim as Rodolfo Adriancen Y
Banas, 43 years old, married farmer and resident of said place.
Investigation conducted disclosed that
the victim with together his 40-year old wife Salome and 15 years old son and
son in-law identified as Junard Macsa, 27 years old were having a conversation
on the bench in their balcony when they were interrupted by three (3) successive
shots of firearm that made them ran away quickly.
After a while, they noticed that the
victim was already on the floor, lifeless and bleeding.
The victim sustained three (3) gunshot
wounds; that resulted to his instantaneous death.
The suspects fled going to North-West
direction based on the traces of footsteps at the back of their house.
Recovered at the crime scene was one
(1) piece of fired slug of unknown caliber.
Meanwhile, Police Brigadier General
Emmanuel Luis D Licup has ordered the Kumalarang Municipal Police Station to
launch a manhunt operation against the fleeing suspects.
Man
Held for the Crime of Attempted Murder
TABINA,
Zamboanga del Sur (April 1, 2019) - PNP
personnel of Tabina Municipal Police Station conducted police operation
(service of arrest warrant) at Purok Bogo, Barangay Tultolan, Tabina, Zamboanga
del Sur at about 10:00 PM, March 31, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Roel Ronolo Y Orlasan, 33 years old, single, storekeeper by
occupation, and a resident of Purok Bogo, Brgy. Tultolan, Tabina, Zamboanga del
Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Attempted Murder, docketed under Criminal
Case number 18-008, dated 13 February 2018, issued by Presiding Judge, RTC,
Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur with bail bond recommended fixed at
One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php120,000.00).
Subject person is now temporarily
detained at Tabina MPS detention cell while waiting for commitment order from
the court.
