ROBBERY INCIDENT IN MOLAVE
On or about 2:45 in the afternoon of January 06,
2015 at Purok Malinawon, Barangay Culo, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein one
(1) unit van/panel of Philip Morris Fortune Tobacco Corporation (PMFTC) of
Gango, Ozamis City, driven by Artemio Urot Y Telaon, 50 years old, married,
resident of Purok Malinawon, Barangay Culo, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur together
with his companion/ salesman identified as
Ron Madera Y Encallado, 27 years old, single, resident of Purok 4, Barangay
Gango, Ozamis City were robbed by two (2) unidentified riding suspects onboard
on a Honda Wave, color red with no plate number and armed with caliber 45
pistol and caliber 38 revolver. based on the investigation conducted by Molave Police Station disclosed that said
delivery van/panel was on the national highway of Purok Tres, Barangay Sudlon,
Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur particularly at the Mamalias Sari-Sari Store of said
place purposely to deliver said cigarettes when suddenly two (2) unidentified
riding suspects, wearing bull cap, black jacket, maong pants and armed with
caliber 45 pistol and cal 38 revolver suddenly arrived and gun pointed the two
(2) abovementioned victims. Suspects carted away more or less Fifty Thousand
Pesos (Php 50,000) as proceeds of cigarettes and two (2) rims of hope
cigarettes and thereby suspects fled immediately towards unknown direction
after the incident. PNP elements of Molave Police Station conducted a dragnet
operation to possibly track down the fleeing suspects.

PAGADIAN CITY
On or about 11:00 in the morning of January 06,
2015, one (1) Harvey Jay Pimentel Catacutan, 28 years old, married, resident of
Purok Lawis, Barangay Sta Lucia District, Pagadian City personally appeared and
reported to Pagadian City Police Station informing that sometime on the dawn of
January 06, 2015, his house located at the abovementioned place was
robbed/ransacked by an unidentified suspects. PNP elements of Pagadian City
Police Station led by PInsp Avelmar Renan U Garambas, officer of the day,
together with duty investigator and all under the direction of PSupt Glenn
Macario Dulawan, OIC proceeded to the reported place of incident purposely to
conduct ocular inspection and investigation. investigation conducted disclosed
that suspect gain entrance by climbing the concrete fence and made the entrance
through the window of said house and upon getting the chance carted away the
following: one (1) unit Sam Trooper Blue,
pistol 9mm with serial nr t9066110760
with license nr 117056712260337 that was issued on April 27, 2012 and
will expired on September 07, 2016; two (2) magazines amounting to Twenty Seven Thousand Pesos (Php 27,000.00);
nine (9) live ammunition amounting to Two Hundred Seven Pesos (Php 207.00); one
(1) cellphone Cherry Mobile Gem amounting to Three Thousand Pesos (Php
3,000.00); and a cash money worth Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000) with a total
of Thirty Five Thousand and Two Hundred Seven Pesos (Php 35,207.00). Further
investigation disclosed that said victim together with his family was on
vacation at Dakak, Dapitan, Zamboanga Del Norte. PNP elements of Pagadian City
Police Station conducted a thorough investigation to possibly identify and
arrest the suspect/s. investigator on case is PO1 Renji Refolledo Narciso with
contact nr 0918735239.
