Robbery in Pagadian City

Pagadian City - Robbery /hold- up incident occurred at about 2:50 in the afternoon of February 10, 2015 in Manila Teacher Mutual Aid System, Barangay San Jose District, Pagadian City.  Initial investigation conducted disclosed that three (3) unidentified suspects came to the said establishment and one of them approached the security and pretended to be the son of their client but suddenly said suspect drew a undetermined Cal of handgun and pointed it towards the security guard identified as one Rudy Caburnay Baterna Jr. The suspect ordered him to freeze and subsequently grabbed his service firearm Cal 38 rev which was tucked on his waist while one of his cohorts entered the said establishment and pointed their firearm towards the employees of the said establishment close and declared hold- up. The suspects divested their personal belongings and cash money amounting to more or less sixty eight thousand and five hundred ninety-nine pesos (P 68,599.00) and immediately fled headed towards downgrade direction boarded on a red Honda XRM 125, without plate number attached. The Pagadian City Police Station is now conducting manhunt operation against the fleeing suspects while investigator on case is now conducting discreet investigation regarding the incident to possible identification of the suspects.

2 Wanted Persons Nabbed in Aurora

Zamboanga Del Sur – Police operatives of Aurora Police Station led by Police Senior Inspector Heidel B. Te-elan and IOBC class 31-2014 in coordination with Kapatagan MPS arrested two individuals in Barangay Maranding Annex, Kapatagan, Lanao Del Sur at about 7:45 in the evening of February 10, 2015. Arrested during the serving of warrant of arrest were Jomar Rabaya Y Cano, 29, married, cellophane vendor and Reneboy Cano Y Briones, 22, Pedicab driver, both residents of Said Place.  The two were arrested at their rented house at the aforementioned address by virtue of the arrest warrant duly signed by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 30 Aurora, for the crime of kidnapping with serious illegal detention in relation to RA 7610, docketed under criminal case number 14-10, 1109 with no bail recommended. The arrested wanted persons were listed as the number five and number six of the top 12 Most Wanted Persons in Aurora MPS. They were now in the custody of Aurora MPS while waiting for the commitment order from the court.

Government Employee Arrested for Estafa in Pagadian City

Zamboanga Del Sur – A 45-year old Government employee was arrested by operatives of Pagadian City Police Station and IOBC Class 31-2014 in Barangay Macasing, Pagadian City, at about 9:30 in the morning of February 10, 2015. Arrested was identified as Antonio Gon Rogador, 47, a Gov’t employee and a resident of said place. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon Rolando L Goan, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court 9th Judicial, Branch 21, Pagadian City docketed under criminal case nr 11889-2k15 issued on 3 February 2015 for “estafa”. The bail bond recommended for his temp liberty is fixed to twenty four thousand pesos (P 24,000.00). Suspect is now temp detained at Pagadian City Police Station while waiting for final adjudication from court.

Motorized Tricycle Stolen in Pagadian recvovered

Pagadian City – On or about 10:00 in the morning of February 10, 2015, one Vergilio Relos Bajao, 41, tricycle driver by occupation, resident of Barangay Napolan, personally came and reported to Pagadian City Police Station that his driven passenger tricycle  bearing cab number 0020 was stolen by unidentified suspect while being parked along Aquino St., Barangay Gatas, Pagadian City. The Pagadian City Police Station conducted hot pursuit and drag net operation against the fleeing suspect at about 10:20 in the morning of same date. This resulted to the recovery of the stolen passenger tricycle and the arrest of suspect identified as Allan Roy Fernandez Y Solis, 31, resident of Barangay Nangka. He was arrested along Consolacion St., Barangay Sto. Ñino. The recovered stolen passenger tricycle was properly turn- over to the rightful owner after presenting pertinent documents showing ownership of the said passenger cab. Arrested suspect is now being detained at said police station while appropriate charges are now being prepared against him.

RA 9262 Violator Nabbed in Pagadian City

Pagadian City – A 36-year old man was arrested by operatives of Pagadian City Police Station and IOBC Class 31-2014 in Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City, at about 9:30 in the morning of February 10, 2015. Arrested was identified as Eduardo S Orallo VI, 36, of Consolacion St., Tagayunan Compound, Barangay Balangasan. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon Eduardo S Casals, Presiding Judge Of Regional Trial Court, 10th Judicial Region Branch 1, Butuan City docketed under criminal case number 18765 issued on 21 January 2015 for “Violation RA 9262”. The bail bond recommended for her temp liberty is fixed to eighty thousand pesos (P 80,000.00). Suspect is now temp detained at Pagadian City detention cell while waiting for final adjudication from court.

Man arrested in Pagadian for Libel

Pagadian City - the elements of Pagadian City Police Station and IOBC Class 31-2014 conducted joint manhunt police operation in Vitalea Highland Homes, Barangay Manga, Pagadian City at about 10:00 in the morning of February 10, 2015. This resulted to the arrest of Albine Dave Jubilado Y Villanueva, 38. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon Tita Marilyn Payoyo-Villordon, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, National Capital Region Branch 224, Quezon City docketed under criminal case number r-qzn-14-10983-cr issued on 06 November 2014 for “libel”. The bail bond recommended for his temp liberty is fixed to ten thousand pesos (P 10,000.00). Arrested suspect is now temp detained at said police station while waiting for final adjudication from court.
