REPORTED INCIDENTS –Januaray 30-31, 2015

PRESS RELEASE
STOLEN OF MOTORCYCLE AND STABBING INCIDENT IN PAGADIAN CITY

On or about 8:30 in the evening of January 30, 2015 at Purok Sayote, Barangay Banale, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as Apolinario Cabalida Y Lapira, 39 years old, married, habal-habal driver by occupation, resident of Purok Tinangkong, Barangay Balintawak of Zamboanga city was stabbed and stole his driven single motorcycle Honda Wave by two (2) unidentified suspects. Based on the investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police Station disclosed that victim was hired by the aforesaid suspects to transport them using the single motorcycle of the victim from gate 5, Agora Market, Sta. Lucia District Of Pagadian City bound to Purok Diwal-Diwal, Barangay Banale Of Pagadian City. While on their way and upon reaching at Purok Sayote, Barangay Banale Of Pagadian City, one (1) of the suspects signaled/advised the victim to stop at the said place and thereby stabbed the victim using a hunting knife. As a result, victim sustained stabbed wound on his left chest and same fell down from his driven single motorcycle while suspects immediately fled towards unknown direction using the single motorcycle owned by the victim. Victim was then rushed by a concerned citizen to ZDSMC located at Dao, Pagadian City for immediate medical treatment and now on stable condition. PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station conducted a follow-up investigation and operation to possibly identify and arrest the suspects.

ROBBERY INCIDENT IN DINAS

On or about 11:30 in the morning of January 30, 2015 at national highway of Purok 1, Barangay Nangka, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as Luciño Mandig Gumiling, 24 years old, single, lending collector at Reynaldo Finance Corporation based at Pagadian City and resident of Purok Crossing, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur was robbed by two (2) unidentified riding suspects onboard on a undetermined type of single motorcycle. investigation conducted by Dinas Police Station disclosed that victim was riding his single motorcycle traversing from Pitogo Municipality bound to Pagadian City and upon reaching at national highway of Purok 1, Barangay Nangka, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur was chased/followed and signaled to stop by two (2) unidentified riding criminals who was armed with a undetermined caliber of firearm and same declared hold-up. Suspect carted away a Thirteen Thousand Pesos (Php 13,000) and suspect immediately fled towards unknown direction after the incident. PNP elements of Dinas Police Station conducted a follow-up operation for the possible identity and arrest of suspects.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS IN TUKURAN

On or about 11:00 in the morning of January 30, 2015, PNP elements of Tukuran Police Station led by PCInsp Gilzen Niño Regis Manese, COP conducted anti-dangerous drug buy bust operation at Purok Rizal, Barangay Sto. Niño, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted to the arrest of suspect identified as Lumabao Sarip Y Menor, 34 years old, married, sikad-sikad driver and a resident of Purok Kinason, Barangay Panduma Sr., Tukuran Municipality. Confiscated from his possession and control are the following:  two (2) pcs of small plastic heat sealed sachets containing white crystalline suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as shabu; three (3) pcs. rolled aluminum foils; one (1) small empty flip tap Marlboro black menthol cigarette used as container; one (1) unit sikad-sikad without cab number color yellow with white combination; two (2) pcs One Hundred Peso bills bearing serial numbers UT433767 and UT356068 respectively used as marked money pd suspect is now temporarily detained at Tukuran Police Station locked-up cell while a appropriate case for violation of R.A. 9165 is now being prepared for filing in court.  Investigator on case is SPO4 Danilo Amores Cabrido with contact nr 09056364131.

On or about 12:10 in the afternoon of January 30, 2015, PNP elements of Tukuran Police Station led by PCInsp Gilzen Niño Regis Manese, COP conducted anti- dangerous drug buy bust operation at Purok Kinhason, Barangay Panduma, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted to the arrest of suspect identified as Jerry Arasagi Y Abdullah @ Jerry, 43 years old, married, fisherman and a resident of Purok Kinason, Barangay Panduma Sr., Tukuran Municipality. Confiscated from his possession and control  are the following: three (3) pcs of small transparent plastic heat sealed sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as shabu; four (4) pcs rolled aluminum foils; one (1) empty soft pack mighty brand cigarette used as container; two (2) pcs. one hundred peso bills bearing serial numbers ZZ120789 and ZZ141045 respectively as marked money. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Tukuran Police Station locked-up cell at Tukuran Police Station locked-up cell while a appropriate case for violation of R.A. 9165 is now being prepared for filing in court. CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS IN AURORA

On or about 11:30 in the evening of January 30, 2015, PNP elements of Aurora Police Station led by SPO3 Jimmy Guevarra, upon the direction of PSInsp Heidel Baulog Te-Elan, COP conducted anti-dangerous drug buy bust operation at Purok 2, Barangay Lantungan, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted to the arrest of suspect identified as Jayboy Boniao Y Logronio, 25 years old, single, jobless, temporarily residing at Purok Km.31, Barangay Lantungan, Aurora, Zamboanga Del  Sur and with permanent address at Purok Bagong Silang, Barangay Tinago, Ozamis City. recovered from his possession and control was one (1) small heat-sealed sachet containing white crystalline-like substance believed to be shabu in exchange of two (2) ₱100.00 peso bills as marked money being used during the said buy-bust operation bearing serial nrs:  CE634583 and RS587883 respectively. suspect is now temporarily detained at Aurora Police Station locked-up cell while a case for violation of R.A. 9165 is now being prepared for filing in court.
