REPORTED INCIDENTS – February 2, 2015

Robbery in Aurora

Zamboanga Del Sur - Robbery incident occurred at about 4:05 in the afternoon of February 2, 2015 in Barangay La Victoria, Aurora at four DM enterprises owned and managed by Dennis Barlesan Of Kapatagan, Lanao Del Norte wherein suspects riding a single mc Honda xrm color black and white combination, both wearing visor black helmets and jacket colored white stopped at the said establishment and pretended to be costumers and approached one of the laborer of the store identified as Ruel Sortes and without provocation, one of the suspects suddenly drew his handgun from his waist and declared hold – up. One of the suspect brought the said laborer into the warehouse while the other suspect armed with a handgun went to the cashier’s booth and ordered the cashier (Robert Toballes Y Dolero) to open the cashier’s booth door and divested the cash money amounted to more or less ninety thousand (P90,000.00) pesos. The suspects hurriedly fled away towards the direction of Barangay Monte Alegre. The Aurora MPS conducted thorough and discreet investigation to determined and identify the suspect. one of the suspect was positively identified by (Ruel Sortes) one of the laborer after presenting/showing to him the rogue’s gallery of aurora MPS and it turned-out to be one Jimmy Parame Y Perong, a resident of Banana Village, Kapatagan, Lanao Del Norte who was previously charged for viol of RA 8294 at Lanao Del Norte. Aurora MPS is now conducting follow-up investigation for the solution of the case while appropriate criminal charges is now being prepared for filing in court against the suspect.

Robbery Hold –up in Pagadian City

Pagadian City -   a hold-up robbery incident took place at about 2:30 in the afternoon of February 2, 2015 at Ibanas Agrivet Supply located at gate 8, Barangay Sta. Lucia, wherein two (2) unidentified male suspects suddenly appeared at the said establishment wearing color orange t-shirt with maong pants, dark complexion, slim body built while the other one was wearing a polo white checkered with long pants and pretended to be customer. The two suspects subsequently declared hold- up and immediately fled towards unknown direction after the incident boarding red Honda XRM 125. Based on the investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police, it was found out that one Ronie Kilme Y Redondo, 35, of Barangay Balintawak was positively identified by the victim (clamor galleon) after showing the rogue’s gallery. The suspects carted away the cash amounting to two hundred sixty eight thousand five hundred twenty four pesos (Php268, 524.00) and the three (3) checks with undetermined cash value. The Pagadian City Police Station is now conducting hot pursuit operation against the identified suspect while appropriate charges is being prepared for filing against him and to his cohorts in court.

Tabina Police Station Top 12 Wanted List; Captured

Zamboanga Del Sur – Police elements of Tabina Police Station collared a wanted man listed as the top 12 most wanted list of the mentioned police station in Barangay Abong-Abong, Tabina at about 12:00 in the afternoon of February 2, 2015. Arrested was Ronald Abrigo Cuaderno, resident of Sitio Bual, Barangay Abong-Abong, Tabina. He was charged for the crime of violation of R.A. 9262 with criminal case number 12-093 issued by Hon Acting Presiding Judge Felix B Rodriguez Jr Of Regional Trial Court Ninth Judicial Region Branch 29 San Miguel Zamboanga Del Sur with a bail recommended of P24,000.00. Suspect is now in the custody of Tabina MPS for documentation while waiting for court commitment order.

Van Dispatcher Arrested in Ozamis City Bus Terminal for Homicide Charges

Zamboanga Del Sur – A 35-year old van dispatcher was arrested during manhunt operation in Barangay Lam-An, Ozamis City particularly at Integrated Bus Terminal, at about 12:30 in the afternoon of February 2, 2015. Police Chief Inspector Restituto Alsiyao Pangusban – Molave Police Chief, identified the arrested man as Charlie Paglinawan, 34, resident of Ramos St., Barangay Madasigon, Molave. He was arrested by virtue of alias warrant of arrest for the crime of homicide under criminal case number 2007-10-1956 issued by Judge Ernesto Laurel Of Branch 23 Of 9th Judicial Region, Molave dated 21 February 2008 with bail bond recommended for his temp liberty amounting to forty thousand (Php 40,000.00) pesos. Arrested person is now detained at said police station while waiting for court disposition order.

Carnapper Arrested in Ramon Magsaysay

Zamboanga Del Sur - a suspected carnapper was arrested during hot-pursuit operation conducted by Operatives of Molave Police Station in Barangay Switch, Ramon Magsaysay, at about 5:30 in the afternoon of February 2, 2015. Arrested was Tomas Buroy Sagalan, 18 years old. He was the suspect in the carnapping incident last February 1, 2015 at Purok Gumamela, Barangay Makuguihon, Molave. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Molave MPS lock - up cell awaiting the filing of appropriate case against him.
