CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS IN MOLAVE

On or about 4:00 o’clock in the morning of April 25, 2015, PO3 Abraham Gomonit Apat, intelligence personnel of Molave Police Station received an information that a certain Richard Lanticse Y Ladios, 40 years old and a resident of Poblacion Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur allegedly engaged in selling illegal drugs at Guilingan St., Purok Bayanihan, Barangay Madasigon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. PNP elements of molave police station led by PO3 Abraham Apat proceeded to the aforementioned place to verify the report and when same team approached the suspect for questioning, said suspect got panicked and threw a piece of stuff and when verified by the responding team, it was learned that it contained 6 sachets of substance believed to be shabu and 5 rolled aluminum foil. Confiscated items were brought to PCLO for laboratory exam while suspect was arrested and brought to Molave Police Station for his temporary confinement while case for violation of R.A. 9165 is being prepared for filing in court against him. Shooting in Pagadian City

Shooting incident occurred on April 26, 2015 at 10:00 AM, a radio call received by Pagadian City Police Station from Roy Tayong Caang, 53 years old, married, license inspector 1 of LGU of Pagadian City and a resident of Block 6, Lot 9, Alta Tierra, Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur that his parked vehicle Toyota in nova model 2014, bearing plate number 119081 was hit and incurred gunshot holes in the wind shield. acting on the report, upon arrival thereat conducted follow-up investigation and the victim neighbor averred that on April 25, 2015 at around 11:30 pm unidentified persons onboard a motorcycle passed by and shot the said vehicle who then sped off after the commission of the crime.  Follow-up investigation is now being conducted by elements Pagadian City Police for the possible identification and arrest of the fleeing suspects.

Vehicular Accident in Lakewood

Vehicular traffic accident occurred at about 3:00 AM of April 27, 2015 at Sitio Mainit, Barangay Gatub, Lakewood, wherein one Nissan atlas color white bearing plate # AAF 8066, driven by Abdelnasser Maharail Y Anggan, 19 years old, resident of Barangay Talontalon Zamboanga City with temporary operator’s permit (top) no. 13845832-6 accidentally bumped into a single motorcycle Moto posh 125 color blue, driven by Ronald Papaya Y Tingcang, 48 years old, married, resident of Tubod, Lanao Del Norte with temporary professional driver’s license # k04-92-022434. Initial investigation conducted revealed that the Nissan atlas was travelling from Cagayan De Oro City going to Zamboanga City and upon reaching at the curved area of the national highway at the aforesaid place of incident allegedly the driver lost his control over the vehicle steering wheel. He allegedly overshot and accidentally bumped into a single motorcycle going to Pagadian City from Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay. The driver of single mc Ronald Papaya together with his back rider identified as Nermie Papaya and Mary Pahente sustained multiple injuries on the different parts of their body. They were immediately brought to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center Pagadian City for medication while the driver of the Nissan was temporarily detained at Lakewood MPS for further investigation. The Nissan truck incurred damages on its front head assembly while the single mc incurred damages on its telescopic shock, front wheel assembly, headlight assembly. Both were temporarily impounded at the mentioned police station for proper disposition.
