REPORTED INCIDENTS –June 21, 2015

Shooting in Pagadian

Shooting incident occurred at about 8:20 in the evening of June 21, 2015 at FS Pajares Street, Barangay Santiago, Pagadian City particularly in front of mercury drug. The victim was identified as Nilo Almirante Fuentes, 56, married, driver, and a resident of Barangay Balongating, Guipos. He was shot to death by two unidentified riding criminals onboard on a Honda XR 200 without plate number. Based on the investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police Station disclosed that victim was about to leave at the aforementioned place using his driven multi-cab when suddenly two unidentified suspects onboard on a Honda xr200 approached beside the victim, wherein one of the suspects/back rider shot him several times. The victim sustained several gunshot wounds on the different parts of his body that resulted to his untimely death. The suspects immediately fled towards unknown direction after the incident onboard on their driven single mc. The elements of Provincial Crime Laboratory Office and Pagadian City Police Station conducted a thorough investigation and follow -up operation to possibly identify and arrest the suspects as well as to determine the motive of the incident.

Tampilisan No. 2 Most Wanted Nabbed in Dimataling

Elements of Tampilisan MPS led by Police Senior Inspector Roldan C. Molate and personnel of Dimataling MPS led by Police Inspector Renante Bayona Benitez conducted joint manhunt operation in Sitio Codilo, Barangay Poblacion, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 1:00 PM of June 21, 2015. This resulted to the arrest the number 2 Most Wanted person of Tampilisan MPS identified as one Allan Noblesa Alcazar 39 years old, married and a resident of Farmington Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Oscar D. Tomarong of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 28, Liloy, for the crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610 dated Feb. 10, 2015 docketed under Criminal Case number L-002408 without bail recom for his temporary liberty. Arrested person was brought to Tampilisan MPS and detained thereat for proper disposition.
