Woman Nabbed in Tukuran for the Crime Falsification of Public Documents    

A 51-year old woman was arrested by Tukuran Police Station and Aurora Police Station at Barangay Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 3:30 in the afternoon of June 5, 2015. Suspect was identified as Merla Sungag Y Labad, 51, married and a resident of aforementioned place. She was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Norlinda Amante Descallar, Acting Presiding Judge of 9th MCTC, labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur dated May 22, 2015 for the crime of falsification of public documents by private individual under criminal case no 1563-t with bail bond recommended fixed at twelve thousand pesos (Php12, 000.00) pesos for her temporary liberty. She is now under the custody of Tukuran MPS waiting for commitment from issuing court.

Tukuran Top 8 Most Wanted Nabbed

A man listed as the Top 8 most wanted person in Tukuran Police Station was arrested during police operation at Purok Kalubian, Barangay Sto. Rosario, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:00 in the evening of June 5, 2015. Police Chief Inspector Gilzen Niño Regis Manese, Tukuran Police Chief, said 37 –year old Ronnie Mariquit Y Baco, married and a resident of aforementioned place was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Dennis P Vicoy Cmm Presiding Judge of 9th RTC, Branch 20, Pagadian City dated November 19, 2014 for the crime of rape under criminal case no 77808-2k14 with no bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty. Suspect is now under the custody of Tukuran MPS awaiting final adjudication from the court.

Aurora MPS Nabs Top 9 Most Wanted Person

The Aurora Police Station Top 9 most wanted person was arrested during police operation at Purok Tulay-Buhangin, Barangay Poblacion, Kapatagan, Lanao Del Norte at about 8:00 in the evening of June 5, 2015. Police Senior Inspector Heidel B. Te-elan, Aurora Police Chief, identified the arrested man as Diego Hormillada Y Sab, 46, separated, laborer and a resident of said place. Suspect was arrested in his house at the aforementioned place by virtue of the arrest warrant duly issued and signed by Hon. Ernesto Mve Laurel, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur for the crime of qualified rape docketed under criminal case number 11-10,775 with no bail bond recommended. He is now under the custody of Aurora MPS awaiting commitment order from the court concern.
