Campaign Against Wanted Person:
The PNP elements of Vincenzo Sagun MPS conducted operation against wanted
person at Barangay Lunib, Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 6:00 pm of April 08,
2016 that resulted in the arrest of the
four (4) suspects namely Francisco
Guiting, Estrellita Guiting, Celsa Ronrique And Cagdong Bacao, legal age, married, all residents of same place, by
virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of qualified theft, issued by Honorable
Felix B Rodriguez Jr., Acting Presiding Judge of RTC, branch 29, Zamboanga Del
Sur docketed under criminal case number 15-113. Suspects are temporarily
detained at Vincenzo Sagun MPS for proper disposition.
One Time Big Time Operation:
On
April 08, 2016 at about 3:30 pm, the PNP personnel
of Pagadian City Police Station led by
PCI ROMMEL ETBEW, together with PI HARRY RATUNIL VELEZ and PNP personnel of
Provincial Intelligence Branch ZSPPO, conducted One Time Big Time Operation and
implemented the search warrant issued by Hon. Joel G Vercide, Presiding Judge,
Municipal Trial Court in cities 9th Judicial Region, branch 01, Pagadian City issued
on March 30, 2016 with search warrant number 355 for violation of R.A 10591(comprehensive
law on firearms and ammunitions) at the rented boarding house of a certain Romulo Sandiag Sudiang, resident of Purok
Sandayong, Barangay Sto Ñino, Pagadian City. The search resulted to the
recovery/confiscation of the following: one(1) unit 12 gauge norinco shotgun;
two(2) units caliber 9mm (colt and armcor); one (1) unit caliber .38 revolver;
two(2) pieces magazine of caliber 9mm; eighteen (18) pieces of 12 gauge shotgun
ammunitions; four(4) pieces caliber .38 ammunitions and six(6) pieces 9mm
ammunitions. Suspect is temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station
for proper disposition.
Lambat/Sibat One Time Big Time
On
April 08, 2016 at about 9:00 pm, the Intelligence
Operatives of Pagadian City Police Station led by PINSP HARRY R VELEZ, Team
Leader, conducted Anti-Dangerous Drug Buy-Bust Operation and implemented the
search warrant number 352, issued by Hon. Joel G. Vercide, Presiding Judge of
branch 01, Ninth Judicial Region, Municipal Trial Court in cities dated March
30, 2016 for violation of R.A 9165 (comprehensive dangerous drugs act of 2002)
at Purok Capitol Creek, Barangay Sto. Niño, Pagadian City particularly at the
house of a certain Marvin Roque Dy,
26 years old, male, married, resident of same place. Confiscated and recovered
from his house are the following: one (1) small piece size heat-sealed
transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected
shabu; one (1) small piece of calendar paper used as a container; three (3)
assorted disposable lighter and improvised bamboo sealer; one (1) piece of
scissor; one (1) piece of rectangular in shape plastic cutting board and one
(1) piece of small used candle. Suspect is temporarily detained at Pagadian
