ACCOMPLISHMENT OPERATIONAL REPORTS
CAMPAIGN AGAINST WANTED PERSON
That
on April 23, 2016 at about 5:00 PM, joint PNP elements
of Provincial Intelligence Branch, Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Police Office,
Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Public Safety Company, Criminal Investigation and
Detection Group-Zamboanga Del Sur and Molave Municipal Police Station conducted
operation against wanted person that resulted in the arrest of Dionisio Sarino
Babanto, 51 years old, married, resident of Purok Del Carmen, Barangay Dipolo,
Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. Suspect is arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest
for the crime of robbery with homicide and physical injuries, issued by
Honorable Monique A. Quisumbing-Ignacio, Presiding Judge, rtc, Branch 209,
Mandaluyong City, docketed under criminal case number mc -02-6145, dated march
7, 2016 with no bail-bond recommended. Suspect is temporarily detained at
Molave Municipal Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition.
