ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON LOOSE FIREARM
That on April 10, 2016, at about 10:30 am, this
office received a cellular phone call from PO1 Eliezer K Requejo Jr. informing
and requesting for back-up that he saw an unidentified armed man standing along
Rizal Avenue, Barangay Tuburan, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur. immediately,
reaction team of Pagadian CPS under the direct supervision of PINSP JUVIC
ABALLE, officer of the day through PSUPT MICHAEL P PALERMO, OIC led by PO3
Douglas Dela Cruz proceeded to the reported place and arrested the subject
person later identified as TSG Romeo Rabina Getigan (retired), a former member of the Philippine
army, 46 years old, married, a resident of Purok 3 Nazareth, Barangay Buenavista,
Pagadian City. Recovered from his possession and control were one (1) unit
9x19mm caliber pistol with serial number b95036, with inserted magazine loaded
with ten (10) rounds of ammunitions and one (1) piece of magazine loaded with
twelve (12) rounds of ammunitions of same caliber which was placed inside his
black tactical sling bag. Suspect and the recovered items were brought to
Pagadian City Police Station for proper disposition.
