Arrest of Wanted Persons
SAN PABLO - Operatives
of San Pablo MPS conducted operation against wanted persons at Barangay
Poblacion, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 4:00 PM on July 10, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Francisco
Piedros Ragamac, 49 years old, fisherman, widower, a resident of Purok Manga,
Barangay Tandubuay, San Pablo and Magdalina Labador Lastimosa, 59 years old,
fish vendor, widow and a resident of Purok Makiangayon, Barangay Poblacion, San
Pablo. Both were arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of art
172, RPC in relation to art 171 of rpc issued by Hon. Dennis P. Vicoy,
Presiding Judge Of Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region Branch 20,
Pagadian City docketed under cc# 13521-2k17 with recommended bail fixed at
twelve thousand pesos (12,000.00) each.
Both suspects were presently detained at said police station for proper
disposition.
