Cadaver Found
SAN PABLO - A male
cadaver was discovered at the seawater of Sitio Rebi, Barangay Teniapan, San
Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 12:30 PM of July 17, 2017, wherein the
cadaver was later identified as Esmael Collantes Sistual, 24 years old married,
farmer, a resident of Purok Gemilina, Barangay Sacbulan, San Pablo, Zamboanga
Del Sur. subject person was discovered floating in the seawater of Rebi Beach
Resort located at the aforementioned place. Initial investigation disclosed
that the victim went to barangay Tawagan Norte, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur On
July 13, 2017 at around 1:00 PM to cultivate a portion of land. The victim on
board on his banca crossed the Labangan River but his banca capsized and
carried away by the strong current. The victim was turned-over to his immediate
family for proper disposition while the cause of death is drowning.

Arrest of Wanted Person
MOLAVE - Operatives of
Molave MPS conducted manhunt operation at Purok Valley, Barangay Dipolo, Molave,
Zamboanga Del Sur at about 1:30 PM of July 17, 2017. This resulted in the
arrest of Elpedio Capotol Perez, 62 years old, married, a farmer and a resident
of the aforementioned placed. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the
crime of rape issued by Hon. Jaime B Caberte, Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th
Judicial Region, Molave Zamboanga Del Sur docketed under criminal case number
2017-10-3416 dated July 10, 2017 with no bail-bond recommended. The accused is
temporarily detained at Molave MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
TUKURAN - Operatives
of Tukuran MPS conducted manhunt operation at Sitio Alang-Alang, Barangay
Sugod, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:30 PM of July 17, 2017. This resulted
in the arrest of Juvy Delos Santos Sulague, 20 years old, a resident of the
above-mentioned place. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of
frustrated murder issued by Hon. Dennis P Vicoy, Presiding Judge Of RTC
9th Judicial Region, Branch 20, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur Dated April 5,
2017 docketed under criminal case number 12738-2k16 with recommended bail-bond
of two hundred thousand (₱200,000.00) pesos for his temporary liberty. Subject
person is presently detained at Tukuran MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
DIMATALING - Operatives
of Dimataling MPS conducted manhunt operation at Purok 7, Sitio Calolaw,
Barangay Grap, Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:30 PM of July 17,
2017. This resulted in the arrest of Romy Salupan Calimpong Aka Roy, 31 years
old, married, farmer, a resident of Purok 7, Barangay Grap, Dimataling,
Zamboanga Del Sur. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of theft
issued by Hon. Johnabel H. Tabunda, Presiding Judge Of 7th MCTC, Of Tabina,
Dimataling And Pitogo docketed under criminal case number 17-2244-d with
recommended bail-bond of ten thousand (₱10,000.00) pesos and criminal case
number 17-2245-d for the crime of attempted homicide with recommended bail-bond
of twelve thousand (₱12,000.00) for his temporary liberty. He is temporarily
detained at Dimataling MPS lock-up cell for proper disposition.
