Homicide Suspect Arrested in joint Police operation

SOMINOT, Zamboanga del Sur (Oct. 4, 2018) - The Cabanatuan City Police Station, Nueva Ecija and Sominot Municipal Police Station carried out a Police Operation against Wanted Person in Purok 3, Barangay Barubuhan, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur at around 6:00 P.M. of October 3, 2018, police official said.

Police Regional Office 9 PIO Chief PCINSP Helen L. Galvez disclosed that the operation was resulted to the arrest of the suspect identified as Victor Gumatay Y Mutya A.K.A. Victor Tagaoc Y Gumatay, 42 years old, carpenter, single, and a resident of aforementioned place.

The operating team arrested the accused by virtue of Alias WOA docketed under Criminal Case # 26509-AF for the crime of Homicide with bail bond recommended of Forty Thousand Pesos (Php40,000.00) issued by Hon. Judge Trese D. Wenceslao, Presiding Judge of RTC, 3rd Judicial Region, Branch 28, Cabanatuan City dated August 15, 2018, Galvez said.

Galvez added that the subject wanted person was immediately apprised of his constitutional rights and was brought to Sominot MPS for proper disposition. Same will be subjected for booking and documentation prior turn-over to proper judicial authority who issued the warrant.

City Ordinance Violator Held in Pagadian City

PAGADIAN CITY (Oct. 6, 2018) – The PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station arrested the wanted person during the conduct of Manhunt Charlie at Purok Bagong Silang, Balangasan District, Pagadian City at about 11:00am of October 4, 2018.

The police identified  the arrested accused as Jhebson Lariosa Oberez, 18 years old male, single, Filipino and a resident of PurokBagong Silang, Balangasan District, Pagadian City.

Thie accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Honorable Judge Joel G Vercide, Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 01, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur for Violation of Section 4 City Ordinance No. 2017-378 issued on September 27, 2018 with criminal case number 17864 with bail recommended amounting to Php 3,000.00.

Arrested person was held in protective custody and booking procedures of Pagadian CPS.

Top 6 Most Wanted Person was Killed in Law Enforcement Operation

PAGADIAN CITY (Oct. 4, 2018) – The Top most wanted person in Police Region 9 level was killed during the conduct of Law enforcement operation implemented by the Combined elements of Regional Intelligence Division 9, Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Intelligence Branch, 902nd Maneuvering Company of RMFB9 and Lapu-Lapu City Police Office at Barangay Bangkal, Lapu-Lapu City, approximately fronting Deca Homes Mactan 4, around 8:15pm of October 3, 2018, police regional official said.

Police Regional Office 9 PIO Chief PCINSP Helen L. Galvez disclosed that the operating team conducted joint service of warrant of arrest against Crisolito Unito @ "Sonny"

Galvez said the operation was resulted to the neutralization of the subject/fugitive - after the latter drawn out a concealed short firearm later initially described as a .45 caliber pistol.

Galvez added that the above-named Fugitive has three standing warrants of arrest described as follows:

Murder under Criminal Case # 2012-10-2489;

Robbery under Criminal Case # 2005-10-1530 and Robbery With Violence Against And Intimidation Against Persons under Criminal Case # 2011-10-2457, all issued by Hon. Judge Jaime B. Caberte, RTC Branch 23, Molave Municipality, Zamboanga del Sur.

Galvez also said that the neutralized fugitive is ranked Top 6, Most Wanted Person, Regional Level (PRO9) and is a member of the "Dragon Group" of Ozamis City Crime Syndicate under certain Manuel Francisco @ "Maning Lapad" - linked with the Parojinogs of Ozamis City;

Galvez explained that the suspect Crisolito Unito @ "Sonny", was along with remnants of the Parojinog Crime Group, is believed to have been responsible in high-profile robbery incidents in the country, he was also heavily engaged in gun-for-hire and narcotics trafficking.

The operating team was able to recovered from the possession of the neutralized subject at the crime scene was a .45 caliber pistol with magazine and ammunitions, Galvez said.

As this developed, PCSUPT Emmanuel Luis D Licup, Regional Director of Police Regional Office 9 commended the operating police units for a job well done.

Notorious Criminal Gang Member, Murder Suspect Arrested in Police Operation

DINAS, Zamboanga del Sur (Oct 4, 2018) – The PNP elements of Provincial Intelligence Branch of Zamboanga Del Sur PPO and Dinas Municipal Police Station arrested the notorious wanted person during the conduct of joint manhunt operation against wanted person at Purok 3, Brgy. East Migpulao, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:30pm of October 3, 2018, police official said

Police Regional Office 9 PIO Chief PCINSP Helen L. Galvez identified the arrested wanted person as Ismael Usop Donde aka “Tiag Donde” 40 years old, male, married, fisherman and a resident of above mentioned place.

Galvez disclose that the accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder and Frustrated Murder docketed under Criminal Case # 12-086 issued by Hon. Judge Edilberto G. Absin, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 29, Pagadian City with no bail recommended.

Galvez said that the subject wanted person, was also a Criminal Gang member under notorious Anwar Ansang Group and High Value Target level 1 on illegal drugs, now detained at Dinas MPS custodial facility for proper disposition.
