person died in Electrocution Incident
PAGADIAN
CITY (Dec. 8, 2018) – One person was died in an
electrocution incident transpired at Vitalea Homes Subdivision, Manga, Pagadian
City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5:50 P.M. of December 7, 2018.
The victim was identified as Janefell
Bangquiao Dodo, of legal age, male, married, electrician and a resident of
Vitalea Homes Subdivision, Manga, Pagadian City.
Investigation conducted disclosed that
the victim together with his brother Janebhoy Bangquiao Dodo were doing
electrical repairs at the house owned by Mabel Sumpiao y Ovalo, 27 years old,
married and a resident of Block 7, Lot 4, Phase 3, Vitalea Homes Subdivision,
Manga, Pagadian City when the victim was accidentally electrocuted.
Upon receiving the report, the PNP
personnel of Pagadian City Police Station with duty investigator responded and
arrived at the area immediately
and thereupon the victim was rushed to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center
at Dao, Pagadian City for medical treatment but was pronounced dead on arrival
by the attending physician.

7 Most Wanted in Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay, Captured

SAGUN, Zamboanga Del Sur (Dec. 9, 2018) -
Joint elements from Provincial Intelligence Branch of Zamboanga Del Sur PPO,
V-Sagun MPS and Siay MPS conducted manhunt operation at Poblacion, San Miguel
Zamboanga del Sur at about 9:30 AM of December 8, 2018.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of the suspect identified as Elly Dugaduga Guhitia, 44 years old,
married, former security guard of Pitchel Security Agency, a resident of Brgy.
Logpond, Siay Zamboanga Sibugay (listed as Top 7 Municipal Level) and presently
residing at Barangay Danan, V- Sagun, Zambo. Del Sur.
The arrest was made by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Robbery by a Band, under Criminal Case No.
I-6609, issued by Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 36, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay
with One Hundred Thousand pesos (Php100, 000.00) recommended bail bond.
The Arrested person is now under the
custody of Siay MPS for proper disposition.
Suicide
Incident
MOLAVE,
Zamboanga del Sur (Dec. 10, 2018) - Suicide
incident transpired at Mendoza residence situated at Yangco St., Maloloy-on,
Molave, Zamboanga del Sur
at about 7:30 AM of December 9, 2018, wherein
one Reynaldo Lumbatan Mendoza, 46 years old, married, businessman and resident
of the same place/house was lying lifeless in the ground particularly in the
parking area where one Mitsubishi Strada bearing Plate number B2 T345 color
white had been parked.
The lifeless body of Reynaldo sustained
left and right temple gunshot wounds which believed to be an entrance and exit
points and further believed the gunshot wounds penetrated by one bullet only.
Recovered in the area were Caliber .40
Bersa Thunder 40 pistol bearing serial number 886134 loaded with ten (10)
ammunition of the same caliber and a slug of Cal. .40 firearm.
Investigation conducted by Molave MPS
disclosed that prior to the suicide incident, Reynaldo Mendoza appeared to be
depressed because of his present health condition and as well as financial
aspects where on June 28 to July 10, 2018 he was in ICU and hospitalized in
Mercy Hospital, Iligan City.
During interview with Reynaldo's wife,
children and relatives, it disclosed that due to his present health condition
and financial aspects for his medication, Reynaldo was bothered and depressed.
Reynaldo that day was scheduled to have
his medical checkup at Mercy Hospital, Iligan City. However, he went out early
in the morning at about 5:00 A.M. afterwards committed suicide using his
registered above described Caliber .40 firearm shooting against his left temple
and exited in the right temple.
Vehicular
Traffic Accident
MAHAYAG,
Zamboanga del Sur (Dec. 10, 2018) - A
motor vehicular traffic accident transpired at Barangay Road of Purok 4,
Barangay Tuburan, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 6:40 PM of December 09,
2018.
The accident was involving one Military
type Jeep vehicle color green with no plate number fell over the cliff.
Initial investigation conducted by Mahayag
MPS disclosed that Military type vehicle was driven by Nul Vizier Vailoces
Tandih, 39 years old, married, driver by occupation with six (6) passengers
identified as:
Crem Dan Abrea Dagohoy, 32 years old,
Roderick Dahil-Dahil Baylon, 46 years
old,
Romy Tic Lumigues, 36 years old,
Rommel Dahil-Dahil Baylon, 42 years
old,
Arque Judes Declinis, 43 years old, all
residents of Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur and
Oktober Ceballos Garay, 30 years old,
resident of Brgy. Culabay, Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur.
They were traversing the Barangay Road
from Mabanag Spring Resort situated at Brgy. Tuburan, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del
Sur heading to Pagadian City that upon reaching at the aforesaid place of
incident accidentally overshot the road and subsequently bumped to the steel
railings and fell over the cliff.
As a result thereof, the driver and the
passengers sustained injuries in the different parts of their bodies and was
immediately brought to Lorenzo Tan Multi-Purpose Cooperative Hospital (LTMPC),
Poblacion, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur for immediate medical attention while
said Military Jeep incurred severe damaged.
Murder
Suspect, Most Wanted Person Captured in Pagadian City
PAGADIAN
CITY (Dec. 11, 2018) - A 67-year old
man listed as the most wanted person (national level) was arrested by the
combined operatives of Pagadian City Police Station and CIDG during police
operation on wanted person at about 7:40 PM of December 10, 2018 at Purok
Bakhaw B, Barangay Kawit, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur.
PCSUPT Emmanuel Luis D Licup, PRO9
Regional Director identified the accused as Paulino Napoles Campomanes, 67
years old (June 17, 1951), male, married, Filipino presently residing at Purok
Bakhaw B, Barangay Kawit, Pagadian City with postal address of Sitio Malasugat,
Barangay Sangali, Zamboanga City.
The accused person were arrested by
virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder docketed under Criminal
Case No. 18536 issued by Hon. Vicente L Cabatingan, Executive Judge,
9thRegional Trial Court, Branch 16, Zamboanga City issued on March 25, 2002
with no bail recommended.
The arrested subject person is now
under the custody of CIDG-ZDS, Camp Abelon, Pagadian City for proper

Stabbing
Incident
TUKURAN,
Zamboanga del Sur (Dec. 11, 2018) -
Stabbing incident transpired at Purok Gumamela Barangay Sugod, Tukuran,
Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:40 PM of December 10, 2018.
The victims was identified as Antonio
Reyes Y Layawan, of legal age, farmer and his live-in partner Lourdes Ladian Y
Sarsalejo, both residents of Barangay Sugod Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Investigation disclosed that the two
victims went outside their house when suspect identified Elias Enot of legal
aged, married, fisherman and a resident of Barangay Libertad, Tukuran Zamboanga
del Sur, drunk, with a bolo and arrow confronted them and after having a
short-heated argument, the suspect struck his bolo towards the victims but
managed to intercept the first attack, but said suspect continued to attack
both victims using his arrow.
Victims suffered non-fatal stab wounds
in different parts of the body but managed to escape and shouted for the
assistance of Barangay Tanods.
The two victims brought to Tukuran
Municipal Health Center for immediate medical attention.
The suspect was arrested by the
barangay tanods, confiscated from him the bolo and arrow used in the incident
and turned over to Tukuran MPS.
The arrested suspect and weapons used
in the incident is now under custody of Tukuran MPS for proper disposition.
