"Dodong",25 years old single, farmer, presently residing at Purok 3,
Brgy Dongos, Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur.
The accused has a Warrant Of Arrest For
Murder Under Criminal Case no. 18739 and Carnapping under Criminal Case no.
18738 all issued by the judge of RTC Branch 9, Dipolog City On February 7,2014.
The arrested suspect along with certain
Jason Lumigao Digan who is also impleaded the said cases/crimes are believed to
have been involved in the string of carnapping incidents in the AOR;
Suspect is now temporarily detained at
Dinas Municipal Police Station undergoing Booking Procedure and Tactical
Interrogation prior to turn-over to Dipolog City Police Station for proper
disposition.

Man Captured in Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur
RAMON
MAGSAYSAY, Zamboanga del Sur (Dec. 1, 2018) –
The PNP personnel of Mahayag MPS, and Ramon Magsaysay MPS, Zamboanga Del Sur
PPO conducted joint police operation on wanted person (Service of Arrest
Warrant) at about 01:00 PM of November 29, 2018 at Purok 2, Brgy. Kauswagan,
Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of the suspect identified as Samuel Oral y’ Dumam ag, 48 years old,
married and a resident of Purok 2, Brgy. Kauswagan, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga
Del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Acts Of Lasciviousness docketed under
Criminal Case No. 5164-M issued on November 19, 2018 by Honorable Judge Crislyn
C. Pangindian, Presiding Judge of 9th Judicial Region, 11th MCTC
Mahayag-Dumingag & Josefina; Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur with a bail bond
recommended of thirty-six thousand pesos (Php36, 000.00) for his temporary
liberty.
The arrested person is now under the
custody of Mahayag MPS for proper disposition.
Rape
Suspect Arrested
MAHAYAG,
Zamboanga del Sur (Dec. 1, 2018) - PNP
personnel of Mahayag MPS, Plaridel MPS Misamis Occidental and CIDG Misamis Occidental
conducted joint police operation on wanted person (Service of Arrest Warrant)
at about 11:45 AM of November 29, 2018 at St. Nicholas School of Plaridel,
Brgy. Northern Poblacion, Plaridel, Misamis Occidental.
The operation was resulted to the arrest
of the suspect identified as Herland Dolosa y Loquero, aka “dodong” 20 years
old, single, student, and a resident of Purok 5, Brgy. San Jose, Mahayag,
Zamboanga del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Rape docketed under Criminal Case No.
2018-10-3590 issued on November 19, 2018 by Honorable Judge Jaime B. Caberte,
Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23 Molave,
Zamboanga del Sur with no bail bond recommended.
The arrested person is now under the
custody of Mahayag MPS for proper disposition.

killed in Stabbing Incident
SOMINOT,
Zamboanga del Sur (Dec. 3, 2018) – One
persn was killed in Stabbing incident transpired at Purok Tinago, Brgy.
Poblacion, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:30 PM of December 2,
2018.
Upon received of such information, PNP
personnel 902nd RMFB9 and Sominot Municipal Police Station immediately verify
the veracity of report. The team arrived at the crime scene at around 7:32 PM
of same date.
Investigation conducted disclosed that
victim identified as Rolly Davis Y Piante, 34 years old, married, casual
employee of LGU Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur and a resident of Purok Tinago,
Brgy. Poblacion, Sominot and Province laydown bathed his own blood.
Investigation further disclosed that
victim was allegedly stabbed by suspects identified as Jeriel Gonzaga Y Olila,
19 years old, single and Rogelio Asuro, 29 years old, married both habal-habal
driver, and a resident of Brgy. San Miguel, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Victim sustained multiple stabbed
wounds on the different parts of his body and immediately ferried with PNP
Patrol Car and brought to Midsalip Infirmary Hospital for medication and
declared dead on arrival by the attending Hospital personnel.
Suspect was met by the responding team
at the road near the crime scene and voluntary submit himself while Rogelio
Asuro was arrested at his residence at Purok 1, Brgy. San Miguel, Sominot,
Zamboanga Del Sur.
Investigation further conducted
disclosed that suspects were onboard on their different Motorcycles went to the
house of the victim and shouted, call the attention of the latter and thereat,
challenged to a fistfight until such time suspect Jeriel Gonzaga grabbed his
opportunity and stabbed the victim.
Recovered at the crime scene is a
scabbard measuring more or less seven (7) inches long while motive of the
incident is personal grudges.
Sominot MPS is now preparing complaint
against the suspect thru inquest proceedings for the crime of Murder.

dead in Fire Incident
PAGADIAN
CITY (Dec. 3, 2018) – One dead body was recovered in Fire
incident occurred at the residential house owned by Mr and Mrs Felomino Jaque
situated at Purok Kamatis, Brgy. Baloyboan, Pagadian City at about 10:54 AM of
December 2, 2018.
Investigation revealed that the
aforementioned house was razed by fire to the ground.
Fire out declared at about 11:51 AM of
same date with cost of damages amounting to more or less Php10,000.00.
Personnel of BFP recovered the dead
body of Nicolasa Jaque wife of the owner.
Accomplishment
on illegal Quarry Operation
LABANGAN,
Zamboanga del Sur (Dec. 4, 2018) - On
December 3, 2018 at about 5:30 PM, PNP
elements of Labangan MPS duly deputized by Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB)
conducted Illegal Quarrying Operation.
The operation was resulted to the
apprehension of One (1) unit Fuso Truck/Ten wheelers dump truck bearing Plate
Number ECO-7759, owned by Eduardo Ambohot, of legal age, male, married,
construction contractor, a resident of Purok Esmeralda, Brgy San Jose, Pagadian
City and driven by Dennise Lafable Albaracin, 42 years old, driver by
occupation, married, and a resident of Prk Opo, Brgy Balintawak, Pagadian City.
Arrested person was caught on the act
driving the above-mentioned vehicle loaded with eight (8) cubic meters sand
taken from Labangan River particularly at Brgy. Tawagan Norte, Labangan,
Zamboanga Del Sur without permit to transport and Delivery Receipt.
Arrested person was released after
interrogation while mentioned vehicle was confiscated and now under the custody
of Labangan MPS for proper for disposition.
Mauling
Incident
LAKEWOOD,
Zamboanga del Sur (Dec. 4. 2018) -
Mauling incident transpired at Purok 7, Brgy. Poblacion, Lakewood, Zamboanga
Del Sur at about 7:00 PM of December 03, 2018.
Victim was identified as Dionisio
Panang y Malayan, 57 years old, married, resident of Prk.8, Brgy. Poblacion,
Lakewood.
Initial investigation conducted
disclosed that the said victim was mauled to death by certain Juny Ungang y
Gunaan, 32 years old, widower, resident of Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City.
Victim sustained one (1) wound at his
forehead causing his instantaneous death as declared by the medical team of
Lakewood Rural Health Unit.
After the incident, suspect fled towards
Purok 14, Poblacion, Lakewood, Zamboanga Del Sur and believed to had been
abscond to the hinterland of Brgy. Suminalum, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Motive of the incident is personal grudge.
Wanted
Man Arrested
LABANGAN,
Zamaboanga del Sur (Dec. 5, 2018) -
Combined elements of 902nd Maneuvering Company of RMFB9 and Labangan MPS
conducted operation against wanted person at about 05:00 PM of December 4, 2018
at Purok Kalipapa, Barangay Combo, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of the suspewct identified as one Mohammad Salibo Cua, 20 years old,
single, and a resident of said place.
The ssuspect was arrested by virtue of
warrant of arrest under Criminal Case No 14042-2k18 issued by Hon. Romeo T.
Descallar, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court Branch 19, 9TH Judicial
Region, Pagadian City for the crime of Grave Threats. Bail recommended for the
temporary liberty of said accused is hereby fixed at Php 100,000.00.
Subject is now temporarily detained at
the Custodial Facility of this station while waiting for the issuance of
commitment order from the concerned court.
Subject is now undergoing Booking
Procedure at Labangan Municipal Police Station.

killed in Shooting Incident
RAMON
MAGSAYSAY, Zamboanga del Sur (Dec. 5, 2018) –
One person was killed in a shooting incident transpired at Purok 4, Barangay
Bobongan, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 11:50 AM of December 4,
2018.
The victim was identified as Romeo
Tumapon Mainar Sr., 54 years old, married, Sanguniang Bayan Member and a
resident of Purok 3 Brgy. Lantawan, Sominot Zamboanga Del Sur was shot to death
by motorcycle riding suspects.
Initial Investigation conducted
disclosed that the victim was traversing the road from Sominot, Zamboanga del
Sur on board his single motorcycle Honda XRM towards the direction to Pagadian
City, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The said motorcycle riding suspects
followed him and upon arrival at Purok 4, Brgy. Bobongan, Ramon Magsaysay, they
fired several times at the victim which causes the latter to crash on the
grassy side portion of the road afterwards the gunmen alighted from their
single motorcycle and continued firing at the victim.
After the commission of the crime
suspects immediately fled to the direction of Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Personnel of Ramon Magsaysay MPS
conducted hot pursuit operation for the possible apprehension of the suspects,
while the victim was immediately brought to Zamboanga del Sur Medical Center
Pagadian City for medical treatment but later was declared Dead on Arrival
(DOA) by the attending physician.
Suicide
Incident
PAGADIAN
CITY (Dec. 6, 2018) - Suicide incident (hanging) transpired
at Derong’s boarding house, Purok Lower Golden Shower, Balangasan District,
Pagadian City at about 1:30 PM of December 5, 2018.
Investigation conducted by Pagadian CPS
disclosed identified the victim as 18 years old, female, single, student,
Filipino and a resident of Purok 3, Brgy Talamimi, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.
Further investigation disclosed that
prior to the incident, Natividad Tisio Derong, 69 years old, married, Filipino
and a resident of aforementioned place-landlady of the victim’s boyfriend,
noticed that the victim and her boyfriend identified as Ivan Rey Supe Villamor,
student and a resident of Margosatubig, Zamboanga Del Sur had a heated
arguments.
Reportedly, Ivan Rey left the victim
crying inside his room to attend his class at Yllana Bayview College.
Curious of the situation of what had
happen, Natividad incessantly called the victim, but her effort turned into
futile when she never heard any answer.
Thus, Natividad opened the door and on
to her surprise as she screamed for help upon seeing the lifeless body of the
victim, hanged unto the upper bed of a double decker bed thru a belt.
The victim was immediately brought to
Hofeliña, Hospital, Gatas District, Pagadian City however was declared dead on
arrival by the attending Physician.
The cadaver of the victim now lies at
Hofeliña, Hospital, Gatas District, Pagadian City.
Drug
Dealer Arrested
AURORA,
Zamboanga del Sur (Dec. 6, 2018) – The
PNP elements of Municipal Drug Enforcement Team (MDET) of Aurora Municipal
Police together with Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial Intelligence Branch conducted
police operation at Purok Saray, Brgy. San Jose, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at
about 4:30 PM of December 5, 2018.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Junny Rey Bajao, 25 years old, with live-in partner, sales agent of
Transcycle Mart and a resident of Purok San Jose, Brgy. Maguikay, Aurora.
Suspect sold to the poseur buyer one
(1) piece of straw like heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing Shabu
with a worth of Php500.00.
Recovered from his possession and
control; One (1) piece of Five hundred peso paper bill buy bust money with Serial
number “DL474541”; Six (6) pieces of straw like heat sealed transparent plastic
sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be SHABU and placed
inside the folded small yellow paper.
Subject arrested person was informed of
his constitutional rights an immediately inventory of the confiscated/seized
items was conducted in the place of apprehension.
Subsequently, the suspect was brought
to Aurora Municipal Police Station, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur for proper
booking procedure then for proper filing of case for violation of Sec 5 and
Sec. 11, Art II of R.A 9165.
Robbery
Incident
PAGADIAN
CITY (Dec. 7, 2018) - Robbery incident transpired at ENW
Apartelle, Purok Adelfa, Pulmones Street, San Pedro District, Pagadian City,
Zamboanga Del Sur at about 4:00 AM of December 06, 2018.
Victims were identified as Ricardo
Bantug Lagutap Jr., 20 years old, male, single, room boy, and a resident of
Purok 3, Maralag, Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur, and Lynie Olangayo Faciol, 46
years old, female, widower, cashier of ENW Apartelle, and a resident Purok
Bayabas, Lumbia District, Pagadian City.
Suspects were four (4) unidentified
male suspects. Initial investigation conducted by Pagadian CPS disclosed that
three (3) suspects allegedly inquired for the room rates of the said
establishment and thereafter declared hold-up.
Suspect 1 wearing jacket and a bull
cap, pin pointed an undetermined short firearm towards the victims, while
suspect 2 wearing maroon polo shirt pin pointed a kitchen knife towards the victims.
Suspect 3, was the one who carted the
money and things of the victims while suspect 4, was the lookout outside the
said establishment base on the statement of the victims and on the recorded
CCTV footage mounted thereat.
The suspects carted away with them the
LG cellular phone worth of eight thousand pesos (Php8,000.00), Samsung J1 worth
of five thousand pesos (Php5,000.00), and the cash money amounting to two
thousand pesos (Php2,000.00) more or less.
The suspects ran towards Purok
Sampaguita 2, San Pedro District, Pagadian City. On the other hand, the ENW
Apartelle, doesn’t have a security guard.
Arrest
of Wanted Person
MOLAVE,
Zamboanga del Sur (Dec. 7, 2018) – The
PNP personnel of Molave MPS, conducted police operation on wanted person (Service
of Arrest Warrant) at about 10:00 PM of December 06, 2018 at Purok Pag-asa,
Brgy. Madasigon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of two suspects identified as Ryan Bertulfo Pielago, male, 34 years old,
married, resident of purok Pag-asa, Brgy. Madasigon, Molave Zamboanga del Sur
and Jerry Habla Balsa, 51 years old, with Live-in Partner, Tricycle Driver,
resident of Lagata Compound Brgy. Sudlon, Molave Zamboanga del Sur.
The teo suspects were arrested by
virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Mary Ann D Real, Presiding Judge at
Municipal Trial Court 9th Judicial Region, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur dated
December 04, 2018, for the Violation of Attempted Homicide with docket Criminal
Case No. 7364 with bail bond recommended of Twelve Thousand (Php12, 000.00)
pesos and Ernesto Bertulfo Pielago, male, 37 years old, Brgy. Councilor with
live-in partner a resident of purok Pag-asa, Brgy. Madasigon, Molave Zamboanga
del Sur.
Another Warrant of Arrest issued by
Hon. Mary Ann D Real, Presiding Judge at Municipal Trial Court 9th Judicial
Region, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur dated December 4, 2018, for the Violation of
Article 208 Of The Revised Penal Code with Criminal Case No. 7363 with bail
bond recommended Six Thousand (Php6, 000.00) pesos.
The arrested persons were now under the
custody of Molave MPS for proper disposition.
