Fire Incident in Tambulig

The PNP personnel of Tambulig Municipal Police Station, Zamboanga Del Sur received a report informing that fire incident transpired at Barangay Lower Lodiong, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 11:45 in the morning of February 13, 2016. The investigation conducted disclosed that five (5) houses and two (2) classrooms of Tambulig National High School were razed by fire wherein six (6) years old baby girl also reported died on the spot during the incident.

Shooting Incident in Labangan

A shooting incident transpired at Purok Basak, Barangay New Labangan,  Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:30 in the afternoon of February 12, 2016 wherein victim identified as  Roger Lanag Comendador, 60 years old, male, married,  sari-sari store vendor by occupation and a resident of same place. The investigation conducted revealed that while the victim sitting at his residence particularly in front of his sari-sari store, he was shot by unidentified suspect with the used of caliber .45 pistol based on the one (1) fired cartridge case recovered at the crime scene. Victim sustained gunshot wound on his head that cause his untimely death. Suspect fled from the scene after the incident. The elements of Labangan Municipal Police Station were conducted follow-up investigation for the possible arrest and identity of the suspect.

Dinas

A shooting incident transpired at Purok Lumati, Barangay Benuatan, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:15 in the afternoon of February 12, 2016, wherein victim identified as Mogiahid Macarimbang Usman, 32 years old, married, jobless and a resident of same place. The investigation conducted disclosed that while the victim was inside their house made of light materials, he was shot to death by unidentified suspect with the used of caliber .30 carbine based on the recovered three (3) fired cartridge cases of same caliber found outside of their house. The motive of the incident believed to be a drug related case as victim  involved into illegal drugs and alleged suspect of stealing a pump boat of their neighbor and fled to Cotabato City for five (5) months however, returned in Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur just last February 9, 2016. The PNP elements of Dinas Municipal Police Station were conducted follow-up investigation for the possible arrest and identity of the suspect.

Pagadian City

A shooting incident transpired at Sabate Street, Purok San Francisco, Barangay San Jose, Pagadian City at about 7:10 in the evening of February 12, 2016 wherein victim identified as Alvin John Gabon Tachado, 23 years old, filipino, male, single, construction worker, currently work at building construction site near old barangay hall of San Jose, Pagadian City. The investigation conducted disclosed that while the victim paid his obligation/debt at Castro Store located at the abovementioned place, then he was tailed by unidentified male suspects riding on an unknown type of motorcycle and shot him several times hitting his abdomen. The victim managed to walk and hide inside the small wooden house owned by Oscar Lantajo located about five meters away from the scene. After the incident, suspects fled towards upgrade portion of the city (rotonda hills). The victim was rushed by the bystanders to Pagadian City Medical Center for medical treatment. Recovered from the crime scene are two (2) pieces fired cartridge case of caliber .45 pistol. The PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station were conducting the follow-up investigation for the possible arrest of the suspect.

Stabbing Incident in Tambulig

A shooting incident at Purok 4, Barangay Bag- Ong Kauswagan, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:00 in the evening of February 12, 2016, wherein the victim identified as Emmanuel Genobisa Relacion, 38 years old, married and a resident of same place was allegedly stabbed by the suspect identified as Junnie Banawa Magdadaro, 28 years old, married, farmer by occupation and a resident of same place. Investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, victim and suspect were having drinking session of said place and moments later, the said suspect subsequently approached the victim and without any apparent reason suddenly stabbed the victim with the used of a hunting knife hitting on his abdomen. The victim was immediately brought to Salug Valley Medical Center and was referred to emergency hospital (MHARS), Ozamis City for medical treatment while the suspect fled to unknown direction. The motive of incident believed to be personal grudge. The PNP elements of Tambulig Municipal Police Station were conducted follow-up investigation for the possible arrest of the suspect.

Lambat Sibat (Arrest Of Top 5 Most Wanted Person):

A joint elements of Tambulig Municipal Police Station of Zamboanga Del Sur led by PSI JEREMIAS P SOREÑO- OIC and Bonifacio MPS led by PI LISTE L CERIALES- COP conducted joint operation against wanted person at Poblacion Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental at about 04:00 in the afternoon of February 12, 2016, that resulted in the arrest of a certain Joel Inanod Mara-Mara @ bonbong, 29 years old, a resident of Barangay Sumalig, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur. The operation is based on the warrant issued by Honorable Ernesto Mve Laurel Presiding Judge dated 24 september 2009 for the crime of murder with criminal case number 2009-10-2195 with no bail recommended.  The arrested person listed as top 5 most wanted person of Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur. Suspect is temporarily detained at Tambulig Mps.

Lambat-Sibat (Neutralization Of Wanted Person):

The PNP elements of Tukuran Municipal Police Station led by PCI GILZEN NIÑO REGIS MANESE, Chief Of Police conducted operation against wanted person at Purok Mendoza, Barangay Tabuan, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 1:30 in the afternoon of February 12, 2016, that resulted in the arrest of a certain Alicia Fabroquez Dogallo, 65 years old, married, jobless and a resident of Purok Mendoza, Barangay Tabuan, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Honorable Felix B. Rodriguez, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 18, Pagadian City for the crime of Malversation of public funds  under criminal case no 12404-2k15  dated January 25, 2016 with recommended bail bond amounting to forty thousand pesos (Php 40,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Suspect is temporarily detained at Tukuran Mps,

Lambat-Sibat (Campaign Against Loose Firearms):

The PNP team of Bayog Municipal Police Station of Zamboanga Del Sur led by PI GLENN POLLESCAS, Officer In Charge conducted mobile patrol at Purok 10, Sitio Quibranza, Barangay Kahayagan, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 12:30 in the morning of February 13, 2016, when a gun shot burst heard and immediately, the PNP personnel embarked the vehicle to verify the source of the incident and found out that a certain woman holding a firearm hurriedly fled towards the direction to her house and identified later as Yolanda Balasabas Apog, 41 years old, married, housewife and a resident of Barangay Kahayagan, Bayog, Zamboanga Del Sur. Subject person was arrested by the responding PNP team and believed to be under the influenced of intoxicating liquor. Recovered from her possession and control one (1) unit caliber .45 pistol, colt make, bearing serial number 937418 and one magazine inserted with two (2) live ammunitions. Suspect is temporarily detained at Bayog Mps.
