Wanted Person Lapuyan
The
top number 4 Municipal Level Most Wanted Person of Lapuyan Municipality,
identified as Jefrey Humpa y Cadugdug, 29 years old, single, male, Filipino,
jobless a resident of Purok Linubihan, Barangay Bulawan, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del
Sur voluntarily surrendered to Lapuyan Municipal Police Station at about 7:00 in
the morning of February 19, 2016 at Brgy. Bulawan, Lapuyan, ZDS for the crime
of Murder under CC Nr 13-078, issued by Hon. Edilberto G. Absin, Presiding
Judge of 9th Judicial Region, Branch 29, San Miguel, ZDS.
Lakewood
One (1) of the wanted
person identified as Juanito M. Antipuesto, 74 years old, married, farmer and a
resident of Purok 2, Brgy Penoles, Lakewood, Zamboanga Del Sur was arrested by
PNP elements of Lakewood Municipal Police Station at 3:20 in the afternoon of
February 19, 2016 at the abovementioned place by virtue of warrant of arrest for
violation of RA 9262 docketed under CC Nr 12634-2k16 issued by Hon. Benjamin R.
Lanzaderaz, Presiding Judge of RTC 9, Branch 22, Pagadian City with bail
recommended of 12,000.00.
Aurora
One (1) of the wanted
person identified as Marlon Molijon Y Molijon, 42 years old, single, laborer
and a resident of Purok San Juan, Brgy Waterfall, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur was
arrested by PNP elements of Aurora Municipal Police Station at about 11:05 in
the afternoon of February 19, 2016 at the abovementioned place by virtue of warrant
of arrest for the crime of Sexual Abuse (3) Counts docketed under CC Nr 16-10,
1254; 16-10, 1255; 16-10, 1256 issued by Presiding Judge Hon. Analyn R
Costanilla of RTC Branch-30, Aurora, ZDS with no bail recommended.
Tukuran
One (1) of the wanted
person identified as Myrla Sungag Y Labad, 52 years old, married, Public School
Teacher and presently residing at Brgy Mahayahay, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur was
arrested by PNP elements of Tukuran Municipal Police Station at about 5:00 in
the afternoon of February 19, 2016 at Lower Campo Islam, Labangan, ZDS by
virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Perjury under CC Nr 1584-t dated December 3, 2015 issued by Hon Norlinda
Amante-Descallar, Acting Presiding Judge of 9th MCTC, Labangan, ZDS with
bailbond recommended fixed at Php 6,000.00.
