Report On Wanted Person
The PNP Intelligence Operatives of Aurora Municipal
Police Station led by SPO4 Jimmy V Guevarra proceeded to Purok Mauswagon,
Poblacion Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at
about 11:45 am of June 8, 2016, and
effected the arrest warrant against Roy Ceniza Auman, 39 years old, married, a
resident of the aforementioned place and the incumbent barangay chairman of
said barangay by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of RA 9262 docketed
under criminal case number 16-10, 1306 issued by Hon. Analyn F.
Ramas-Costanilla, Presiding Judge of RTC branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur
with recommended bail bond fixed at twenty four thousand (₱24,000.00) pesos. The
accused was brought to Aurora MPS for temporary confinement while waiting for
commitment order from court.
