Report On Wanted Person
The PNP personnel of Molave Municipal Police Station led
by PSUPT RESTITUTO A PANGUSBAN, OIC conducted operation on lambat-sibat
(service of arrest warrant) at Ramos Street, Barangay Madasigon, Molave,
Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:45 am of June 15, 2016, that led to the arrest of Roel
Talibong Remedios, 37 years old, married, jobless, a resident of the aforesaid
place. Subject person has a standing warrant of arrest for the crime of
robbery, docketed under criminal case number CBU-DU-25884, issued by Hon.
Soliver C Peras, Presiding Judge of RTC, Cebu City, 7th judge of branch 10. The
accused is now temporarily detained at Molave MPS for proper disposition.
