REPORTED INCIDENT - December 18, 2016

Vehicular Accident

MOLAVE - Motor Vehicular Traffic Accident transpired at Rizal Avenue, Corner Gomez Street, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur on December 16, 2016 at about 11:20 PM. The vehicle involved described as: Single MC XRM, black color, bearing plate number 6314-OZ, registered under the name of Leland Ostia, resident of Molave, Zamboanga del Sur and driven by Elesio Estrella Jr. Y Zacarias, 43 years old, married, engine mechanic by occupation and resident of Barangay Gapasan, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur. As a result, victim and driver of single MC sustained injuries on the different parts of their bodies and were rushed to Blancia Hospital, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur for immediate medical treatment, but the victim/pedestrian was later declared dead after several hours of medication.3. Motor Vehicular Traffic Accident transpired at about 7:30 PM of December 17, 2016 at National Highway of Sitio Alang-Alang, Brgy. Poblacion, Ramon Magsaysay, ZDS Wherein four (4) vehicles involved described as :One (1) Toyota Innova, bearing plate no. 6818, driven by Al Rey Lao EstillorE, 48 years old, resident of Brgy. San Pedro, Dumingag, ZDS together with his passengers Flordeliza V Estillore (Wife of driver) and Mary Joy L. Awa ;One (1) Isuzu Crosswind XUVMT, bearing plate no. GSU259, driven by PSI Soreño, Jeremias Pepito, 54 years old, married, active member of PNP and presently Officer In-Charge of Tambulig MPS and resident of Happy Valley, Tambulig, ZDS ;One (1) single MC Motorstar Zest X-110-IV, driven by Rey Tubac Capilitan, 32 years old, male, resident of Upper Tiparak, Tambulig, ZDS ; and One (1) Fuso Drop side Truck, bearing plate no. RNE 170, Registered under the name of Putting Manok Corporation, Molave, ZDS and driven by Kim Anthony Sabado Suan, 24 years old, single, resident of Maranding, Lala, Lanao Del Norte. As a result, driver of Vehicle 2 and 3 sustained serious injuries on the different parts of their body and head and were rushed to Blancia Hospital located at Molave, but declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. Driver of Vehicle 4 voluntarily surrendered to the responding PNP personnel of Ramon Magsaysay MPS. All vehicles involved were incurred heavy damage and now under the custody of Ramon Magsaysay MPS for proper disposition.

Vehicular Accident

MOLAVE - Motor vehicular traffic accident transpired at National Highway Of Barangay Dipolo, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:00 AM on December 17, 2016 wherein victim/pedestrian identified as Lily Luage Balile, 65 years old, widow, resident of Tungawan, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur was accidentally bumped by a single motorcycle Suzuki FW 110d, red color, bearing plate number 7817 driven by Joemar Carbajosa Cabrera, 17 years old, and a resident of Barangay Dilusum, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur. as a result, victim and driver of single motorcycle sustained injuries on the different parts of their bodies and were rushed to Blancia Hospital, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur for immediate medical treatment, but the victim/pedestrian was later declared dead after several hours of medication. Said motorcycle is now under the custody of Molave MPS for proper disposition.

Vehicular Accident

JOSEFINA - Motor Vehicular Traffic Accident transpired at about 5:05 PM of December 17, 2016 at National Highway of Brgy. Upper Bag-ong Tudela, Josefina, ZDS wherein victim/pedestrian identified as Jocelyn M Quilo, 41 years old, married, resident of Sitio Santo. Niño, Barangay Gumahan, Josefina, ZDS was accidentally sideswiped by single MC XRM 125, bearing plate number  4647KH, driven by Proctuso Villa Cruz Ybañez, 47 years old, former CAFGU member. As a result, victim and driver of single MC were brought to Rural Health Unit of said municipality for treatment. 5. Stabbing Incident. At about 5:30 PM of December 17, 2016 at Purok Malipayon, Banta-ao, Dumalinao, ZDS wherein victim Retchie Sabate Y Santiniaman,  29 years old, married, CAA Member assigned at Upper Nilo, CAA detachment, Tigbao, ZDS was stabbed using a broken glass by suspect Michael Abugaha,  31 years old, farmer, and resident of Purok Luy-a, Banta-ao, Dumalinao, ZDS. Victim sustained stabbed wounds on his left portion of his body proximal to his left axial and wound on nape and was rushed to Dumalinao Rural Health Center and was transferred to Pagadian City Hospital. Suspect fled towards unknown direction after the incident.
