Vehicular Accident

DUMALINAO - Vehicular accident occurred at about 3:40 PM of December 1, 2016 at Barangay Tickwas, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein one (1) black single MC Sky go, no plate number, under registration, owned and driven by Albert Tigtig Lebones, 25 years old, married, farmer, resident of Barangay Betinan, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur was accidentally sideswiped by one (1) white Toyota Hilux. As a result, the single MC swerved and fell down into right side canal of said place, while the driver sustained injuries in the different parts of his body and was rushed by concerned citizen to Margosatubig Regional Hospital for treatment. The Hilux with unknown plate number and an unidentified driver fled immediately heading towards Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur. PNP personnel of Dumalinao MPS conducted thorough investigation and operation to possibly identify, locate, and arrest the fleeing motorist/driver of said vehicle.

Arrest of Wanted Person

TUKURAN - Elements of Tukuran MPS conducted manhunt operation at Purok Kamanggahan, Barangay Curvada, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:00 AM of December 1, 2016. This resulted to the arrest of Marwin Colinares Olivar, 29 years old, married, driver and a resident of Purok Hyrons, Barangay Panduma Sr, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of physical injuries in relation to ra 9262 under cc no 12902-2k16 issued by Presiding Judge Benjamin R. Lanzaderas of RTC, Branch 22, Pagadian City dated June 20, 2016 with bail bond recommended amounted to Php 60,000.00. Arrested subject person is presently detained at Tukuran MPS for proper disposition.

TABINA - Personnel of Tabina MPS led by PINSP Junar C Yap, conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Baya-Baya, Tabina, Zambaonga Del Sur at about 12:00 PM of December 1, 2016. This resulted to the arrest of Jaimelenton Maco Joyel, 46 years old, male, farmer, and a resident of Barangay Baya-Baya, Tabina, Zambaonga Del Sur. said person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Hon. Johnabel H. Tabunda Of 7th MCTC Of Dimataling, Tabina And Pitogo for the crime of grave threats under criminal case number 16-2236-t with bail bond recommended amounted to three thousand pesos (P3, 000.00). Arrested subject person is presently detained at Tabina MPS for proper disposition.

TUKURAN - PNP personnel of Tukuran MPS led by PCI Gilzen Niño Regis Manese, Chief of Police, conducted police operation (Service of Arrest Warrant) at Purok Kamanggahan, Barangay Curvada, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur on November 1, 2016 at about 7:00 AM. The operation resulted to the arrest of Marwin Olivar Y Colinares, 29 years old, married, driver by occupation and resident of Purok Hyrons, Barangay Panduma Sr, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur. The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Physical Injuries in relation to RA 9262, docketed under criminal case number 12902,2k16, issued by Hon. Benjamin R Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 22, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur dated June 20, 2016 with bail bond recommended of (Php 60,000,00) for his temporary liberty. Accused is now temporarily detained at Tukuran MPS locked up cell awaiting court disposition.

TABINA - PNP personnel of Tabina MPS led by PINSP JUNAR C YAP, Officer In-Charge, conducted police operation (Service of Arrest Warrant) at Barangay Baya-Baya, Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur on December 01, 2016 at about 12:00 Noon. The operation resulted to the arrest of Jaimelenton Joyel Y Maco, male, 46 years old, farmer, resident of Baya-Baya, Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur. The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Grave Threats, docketed under criminal case number 16-2236-T, issued by Hon. Johnabel H Tabunda, Presiding Judge, 7th MCTC, Dimataling, Zamboanga del Sur with bail bond recommended of (PHP 3,000.00). Subject person was temporarily detained at Tabina MPS lock-up cell awaiting court disposition.
