Dead Body Found

PAGADIAN CITY - A dead body found beside the gate of Pagadian City Fish Port located at Purok Masanagon Uno, Barangay San Pedro, Pagadian City at about 6:00 AM of December 22, 2016. The said cadaver was identified as Samuel Abastas Y Robledo, Filipino, 50 years old, male, separated, fisherman and a resident of Purok Sweetlove, Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City. Investigation disclosed based on the duty security guard of the above mentioned fish port the cadaver is under the influence of liquor wherein at about 1:00 AM of same date, subject person asked for a glass of water before going to sleep at the wooden long chair located outside the small office of the City Agriculture, Fisheries Division situated beside the entrance gate of Pagadian City Fish Port. Several hours later, subject person was seen lying on the ground beside the long chair where he sleeps. Investigation further revealed that the said cadaver was free from any wounds as potential indications of intentional death. Pagadian CPS is requesting the City Health Officer for post mortem examination to determine the cause of death of the victim. The cadaver temporarily lies at Gamalinda Funeral Homes for proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person

PITOGO - Former CAFGU listed as the Top (2) Most Wanted Person Municipal level was arrested at Purok Kalubian, Barangay Poblacion, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:30 o’clock in the morning of December 22, 2016. Arrested was Fernando Villacarlos y Erebuagas, 29 single, former Cafgu, top (2) most wanted person Municipal level. He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for the crimes of Double Murder with Criminal Case no. 15-062, Murder with criminal case no. 14-034, Murder with criminal case no. 14-035 with no bail recommended by the court for the temporarily liberty of the accused which were issued by Presiding Judge Hon. Felix B Rodriguez Jr at RTC-9, Branch 29, San Miguel, ZDS, Frustrated Murder with Criminal Case no. 14-036 with bail recommended of two hundred thousand pesos (php. 200,000.00) for his temporarily liberty and Multiple Attempted Murder with Criminal Case no. 14-037 and bail recommended twenty-four thousand pesos each (php. 24,000.00) for his temporary liberty issued by Presiding Judge Hon. Ruben N Bance at RTC-9, Branch 29, San Miguel.

Arrest of Wanted Person

PITOGO - Elements of Pitogo MPS arrested one Fernando Erebuagas Villacarlos, 29 years old, single, a resident of Purok Kalubian, Barangay Poblacion, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur. subject person was arrested on December 22, 2016 at about 7:30 AM, by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of double murder docketed under Criminal Case Number 15-062 Issued By Hon. Felix B Rodriguez Jr., Presiding Judge Of RTC 9, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur. Arrested wanted person is temporarily detained at Pitogo MPS for proper disposition.
