Arrest of Wanted Person
PAGADIAN CITY - Combined
operatives of Aurora MPS and Pagadian City Police Station conducted police
operation on the service of warrant of arrest at Rizal Avenue, San Francisco
District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:00 PM of April 19, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Jason
Pang-An Cuering, 37 years old, married, seaman, and a resident of Purok Imelda,
Barangay Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur. Said wanted person has a
standing warrant of arrest for violation of sec 5 (i) of R.A 9262, docketed
under cc# du-27458, issued by Hon. Mory A Nueva, Assisting Judge Of RTC, 7th
Judicial Region, Branch 13, Cebu City. The recommended bail bond amounted to
twenty four thousand pesos (php24, 000.00).

AURORA - Personnel of
Aurora MPS conducted police operation (service of arrest warrant) at Purok
Roxas A, Barangay San Jose, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 12:45 pm on april 19, 2017. The operation
resulted to the arrest of Jurel Montipon Luba, 24 years old, single, and
resident of Purok Rosas A, Barangay San Jose, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur. The accused
was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of estafa, docketed
under cc# 2017-0254, issued by Hon. Bernhard B Beltran, Presiding Judge, 5th
Judicial Region, RTC, Branch 24, Naga City with recommended bail bond of (php
50,000.00) and another case for violation of qualified theft, docketed under
cc# RTC 2017-0256, issued by Hon. Leo L. Intia, Presiding Judge, Fifth Judicial
Region, Branch 27, Naga City with recommended bail of (ph 48,000.00). Arrested
subject person is presently detained at Aurora MPS awaiting court disposition.
Man Held for Possessing Cal. 38
GUIPOS - A man was
arrested after a caliber 38 was found in his possession during checkpoint along
the National Highway of Purok 4, Barangay Poblacion, Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur at
about 10:30 AM on April 18, 2017. The suspect who was on board a motorcycle was
identified as Ryan Sadanas Gimpayan, 26
years old, married, construction laborer, a resident of Purok 1, Pobalcion,
Guipos, Zamboanga Del Sur. Accordingly, the police requested to open his sling
bag but he resisted and attempted to open and hold the handle but he was
stopped and subdued. confiscated from his possession were; one (1) unit cal.38
revolver with defaced serial number and three (3) pieces live ammunition and
one (1) sling bag. Arrested subject person is presently detained at Guipos MPS for
filing appropriate charges against him.

TIGBAO - PNP personnel
of Tigbao MPS conducted police operation (service of arrest warrant) at Purok
2, Barangay Mate, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:30 AM of April 19, 2017. The operation resulted to the
arrest of Susan Lusayan Dano, 53 years old, married, farmer and resident of Purok
2 Huwebesan, Barangay Mate, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur. The accused was arrested
by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of theft of minerals, docketed
under cc# 13426-2k17 with bail bond recommended amounted to (php 12,000.00) and
violation of unlawful intrusion of ancestral lands, docketed under cc#
13427-2k17 with bail bond recommended of (php 24,000.00) dated march 30, 2017,
all issued By Hon. Judge Dennis P. Vicoy, RTC9, Branch 20, Pagadian City.
Arrested subject person is presently detained at Tigbao MPS awaiting court
disposition.
