REPORTED INCIDENT - April 28, 2017

Vehicular Accident

DUMALINAO - Vehicular accident transpired along the National Highway Of Purok Talaba, Camanga, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 11:40 AM of April 27, 2017, involving one (1) silver gray Hilux with plate number ad06554, driven and owned by Antonio Arcayan Calzada, 61 years old, married, businessman and a resident of Purok Rizal National Highway, Poblacion Diplahan, Zambo Sibugay with professional driver’s license. Upon receipt of the report, PNP elements of Dumalinao MPS immediately responded and proceeded to the aforementioned place of accident. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that while traversing from Diplahan, Zambo Sibugay Bound to Pagadian City, upon reaching at Purok. Talaba, Camanga, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur, the driver of the said vehicle failed to manage his driven vehicle due to malfunction of its brake. As a result, said vehicle bumped at the barricade of 5th IB detachment, Bravo Company that caused both damages to the vehicle involved and said barricade. Vehicle involved was then brought to Dumalinao MPS for proper disposition.

Vehicular Accident

TIGBAO - Vehicular accident transpired along the National Highway Of Purok Makugihon, Barangay Begong, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:20 AM of April 27, 2017, involving one (1) unit Isuzu  sportivo color ask beige metallic with plate number wqp 790 driven by Berhamin Jammang Jamasali, 46 years old, single, driver/safety officer under  Majda Construction and  development  with postal address at 183 Sta. Barbara, Zamboanga City and  equipped with professional driver’s license with one (1) companion on board Randy Kuntong Misil,  33 years old, married, construction materials canvasser of same company mentioned above with postal address at Binarao Shop, Sta. Catalina Zamboanga City. Initial investigation conducted thereat disclosed that said vehicle was traveling from Zamboanga City bound for Davao City and upon reaching at Purok Makugihon, Barangay Begong, Tigbao Zamboanga Del Sur, according to the driver he saw one vehicle from the opposite direction overtook the other one vehicle passing at the wrong lane towards his lane that prompted him to apply the brake of his driven vehicle but unfortunately the front right tire of said vehicle exploded. The driver lost control of his driven vehicle and was not able to manage the same and swerved to opposite lane then fell down to the left shouldering of the road. as a result, said vehicle incurred major damages while both driver and passenger sustained minor injuries to the different parts of their body were then brought to Tigbao Rural Health Clinic for immediate treatment while the damaged vehicle was left at said place of accident due to the major damages incurred.
