Suicide Incident in San Miguel
On or about 3:30 PM of March 31,
2018, A Suicide incident transpired at Purok Gandawali, Poblacion, San Miguel,
Zamboanga Del Sur, wherein victim identified as Orly Jane Morgia Alicos, 24
years old, female, housewife, live-in to Felipe Recto Sanlao Jr., 25 years old,
male, Agriculturist (Field Technician) both residents of aforementioned place.
Investigation conducted by San Miguel MPS disclosed that prior to the incident, the live-in partners were having
heated arguments and came into physical contact with each other in which, after
their fight, the victim allegedly hang herself to death using a sling of bag
measuring two (2) meters. Furthermore, when the victim was discovered hanging
with a sling in her neck by her live-in partner, the later shouted for help to
bring the victim to the hospital for immediate treatment after which the former
was brought to San Miguel Rural Health Center and forwarded to Margosatubig
Regional Hospital, Margosatubig but was pronounced dead on arrival by the
attending physician. The live-in partner of the victim is now under the custody
of San Miguel MPS for further investigation to determine any foul play and for

Vehicular Traffic Accident in
Tigbao
On or about 1:15 PM of March 31,
2018,. A Vehicular Traffic Accident (Self Accident) transpired at Barangay
Lacupayan, Tigbao Zamboanga Del Sur wherein, (1) one passenger van Nissan,
color silver, driven by Roland Balansag Labiaga, 57 years old, married, a
resident of 0102 Datoc St., Pagadian City. Initial investigation conducted by
Tigbao MPS disclosed that the van traversing the National Highway came from
Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay bound for Pagadian City. Upon reaching the
aforementioned place of accident the vehicle lapsed the under construction one
lane Deorox Bridge and crashed at the right lane shouldering and fell down
beyond the concrete canal that resulted in the said incident. The seven (7)
passengers on board sustained slight physical injuries were brought to
Zamboanga del Sur Medical Center brgy Dao, Pagadian City. The victims were identified
namely as Dolores Hugo Busmion 83 years old, ROSITA Mirral Busmion 65 years
old, Ruben Montilla Dayday 49 years old, Mergie Ybanez Entia 44 years old, Rechie
Sagga Sumusao 25 years old, Jerson Jimenez Codino 21 years old, and Princess
Lazaga Rivera, 18 years old. The vehicle incurred damages on the left side
portion and was at the place of incident waiting to be towed and the pertinent
documents temporarily on custody of Tigbao MPS for proper disposition.
Rape Suspect Arrested in Tukuran
On or about 9:25 PM of Mach 31,
2018, A Joint operation against wanted person was conducted by personnel of
Tukuran MPS at Purok Kamunggayan, Barangay Santo Niño, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del
Sur. The operation conducted by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of
Rape In Relation to RA 7610 docketed in CC number 11261-2k14 issued by
Presiding Judge Benjaimin R. Lanzaderas of RTC 9, Branch 22, Pagadian City
dated October 8, 2014. Resulted in the arrest of JADE TUMAGNA MUTIA, 27 years
old, with live-in partner, jobless and a resident of same place with no bail
bond recommended. Accused is listed top 8 most wanted person Municipal level
and now temporarily detained at Tukuran MPS locked-up cell while waiting the
commitment order from the issuing Court for proper disposition.
