Arrest
of Wanted Person in Pitogo
On April
07, 2018 at about 1:20 PM, PNP personnel of Pitogo MPS lconducted police
operation (Service of Arrest Warrant) at Barangay Panubigan, Pitogo, Zamboanga
del Sur. The operation resulted to the arrest of Allan Suarin Garban, 46 years
old, married, fisherman and resident of Purok Pitogo, Barangay Poblacion,
Pitogo, Zamboanga del Sur. The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of
Arrest for the crime of Multiple Attempted Murder, docketed under criminal case
number 16-057, issued by Hon. Ruben N Bance, Presiding Judge, 9th Judicial
Region, RTC, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur dated July 28, 2018 with
bail bond recommended of (PHP 120,000.00) and criminal case number 16-021 for
the crime of Murder, dated March 15, 2018 with no bail bond recommended. Subject
person is now temporarily detained at Pitogo MPS awaiting court disposition.
