Shooting Suspect Arrested
LABANGAN, Zamboanga del Sur (Nov.
22, 2018) –
The Combined PNP elements from 902nd Maneuver Company of RMFB9, Labangan MPS
and Regional Intelligence Division 9 successully arrested the suspt of shooting
incident during the conduct of hot pursuit operation at Barangay Camanga,
Tukuran Municipality, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 2:00 P.M. of November 21,
2018.
The
operating team identified the arrest asa certain Alham Ayub A.K.A. "Badoy,"
the suspect in the shooting incident on Nov. 20, 2018 at Purok 3, Upper Campo
Islam, Labangan Municipality, Zamboanga Del Sur at around 7:00 P.M.
The
victim was identified as certain Tanana Maulana (wounded and hospitalized).
Suspect
was successfully arrested and apprised of his constitutional rights at
aforementioned place and now undergoing documentation at Labangan MPS.

PAGADIAN
CITY (Nov. 23, 2018) - Joint PNP personnel of Pagadian City
Police Station, Regional Intelligence Division 9 and 902nd RMFB 9 conducted police
operation on Wanted Person at Purok Kahayag, Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City at
about 12:22 PM of November 22, 2018.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest Jovan Colot Y Pacalioga, 20 years old (June 9, 1998), male, married,
Filipino and a resident of Purok Kahayag, Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Robbery With Violence Against And
Intimidation Of Person with criminal case number 19850 issued on March 15, 2017
by Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 7th Judicial Region, Branch 48,
Tagbilaran City, Bohol. Bail bond recommended of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,
000.00).
The arrested subject person is now
under the custody of Pagadian City Police Station for proper disposition
