Robbery/Hold-Up Incident

MOLAVE, Zamboanga del Sur (Nov. 6, 2018) - Robbery/hold-up incident occurred at about 10:20 AM November 5, 2018 at the LBC Molave Branch, Rizal Avenue, Madasigon, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur.

Initial investigation disclosed that at about 10:00am of November 5, 2018, while following four employees of LBC were rendering usual duties namely:

Rolly John Lambojon Y Hicale, 23 years old, single, assistant dispatcher and resident of Sto. Rosario, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur,

Herbert Alicaway Y Alingaro, 27 years old, married, teller and resident of Burgos St., Makuguihon, Molave,

John Rey Elmidor Sugabo, 29 years old, married, customer associate and resident of San Jose District, Pagadian City and

Gary Cielo Y Canomon, 23 years old, single, custodian and resident of Magsaysay St., Makuguihon, Molave.

Two unidentified suspects one was wearing a mask while the other only wore a cap declared a robbery by taking out a firearm believed to be a Caliber .45 pistol afterwards one who wore a cap asked for the name of Herbert while the other suspect wearing a mask positioned himself in the entrance/exit door.

The robbers ordered the six customers (3-male and 3-female) just to seat down.

Afterwards, the robber entered the teller area and the office at the back of the teller area and ordered Herbert to open the vault.

After taking the contents of the vault which amounted to one hundred thirty one thousand (Php131, 000.00) pesos in cash, also took the money inside the drawer and the CPU of the computer in the teller area which amounted more or less nineteen thousand (Php19,000.00) pesos in cash.

After the robbery, the two robbers drove away a XRM motorcycle color black/white bearing Plate number KE 6091 or KC 6091 towards Brgy. Maloloy-on Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur.

Wanted Person Arrested

SAN PABLO, Zamboanga del Sur (Nov. 6, 2018) - PNP personnel of San Pablo MPS arrested one senior citizen during the conduct of manhunt operation at Poblacion San Pablo Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:00 AM of November 5, 2018.

The operating team identified the arrested suspect as Dido Adaly Singh, 72 years old, married, farmer by occupation, a resident in Sitio tamburo, Bubual, San Pablo, Zamboanga Del Sur.

The accused was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of R.A. 10591 docketed under criminal case nr.13837-2K18 issued by Dennis P Vicoy, presiding judge of Regional Trial Court of Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 20, Pagadian City with recommended with bail fixed eighty thousand pesos (Php80,000.00) for his provisional liberty.

Subject person is now turn-over to Provincial Jail San Jose District Pagadian City proper disposition. 

Shooting Incident

PAGADIAN CITY (Nov. 6, 2018) - Shooting incident transpired at Purok Paminta, Macasing, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5:30pm of November 5, 2018.

The victim was identified as Florentino Fiel Payes (unharmed), 50 years old, male, married, a Barangay Tanod, and a resident of Purok Paminta, Macasing, Pagadian City.

Suspect identified as Armand Diana Biol (at large), 24 years old, male, married, a welder, and a resident of Purok Paminta, Macasing, Pagadian City.

Investigation disclosed that allegedly the suspect who seemed to be under the influence of liquor, shoot the victim once, using his 9mm caliber pistol based on the recovered deformed bullet (lead).

The incident allegedly erupted when the victim and the suspect had a heated argument at the house of the suspect.

After the incident the suspect allegedly ran towards unknown direction. He is now the subject of the manhunt operation carried out by Pagadian City Police.

Shooting Incident

DUMINGAG, Zamboanga del Sur (Nov. 5, 2018) - Shooting incident transpired in front of Atty. Gretchen Mae Ortega residence at Purok Lerio, Brgy. San Pablo, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 6:40pm, November 4, 2018.

The victim was identified as Rhoem Rey M. Bontoyan, 40 years of age, married, teacher assigned at Dumingag National High School (DNHS) Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur and a resident of Brgy, Maralag, Dumingag, Zamboangfa del Sur.

He was shot by unidentified suspect. The said victim sustained gunshot shot wound on the right leg.

Recovered from the crime scene are one piece fired shells believed to be of caliber .45 and to be turned-over to Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for Ballistics Examination.

Damage of Property Caused By Whirlwind

On November 4, 2018 at about 4:00pm, The person of Marlon I. Gregorio, LRRDMO reported that a Damage of Property caused by whirlwind transpired along National Highway of Purok 3, Barangay Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

The store of Remedios Azucena, 51 years old, married, businesswoman and Eddie Lapuhapo, 50 years old, single both resident of above mentioned place including shanty’s house roofing were destroyed by the whirlwind.

Initial investigation conducted that at about 3:15pm of same date the store of Remedios Azucena and shanty, house were destroyed by the whirlwind and the three electrical posts (ZAMSURECO) collapsed that caused the power interruption.

However, no one was reported casualty/injured in the said incident. The estimated damage is Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php70,000.00).

Child Abuser Arrested

DUMALINAO, Zamboanga Del Sur (Nov. 5, 2018) - PNP personnel of Dumalinao MPS conducted police operation on Wanted Person at Purok Subis, Barangay Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:30am of November 4, 2018.

The operation was resulted to the arrest of Solumon Sacapan y Puyos, 38 years old, married, Carpenter and a resident of Purok Subis, Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur.

The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for crime of Child Abuse docketed under Criminal Case no. 14033-2K18 issued by Acting Presiding Judge of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 22, Pagadian City, issued on October 10, 2018 at Pagadian City, Philippines with bail recommended of Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php80, 000.00).

Drug Suspect Arrested in Pagadian City

PAGADIAN CITY (Nov. 7, 2018) – The Operatives of Pagadian City Police Station conducted drug buy bust operation at Purok Bonifacio, Barangay Sto. Niño, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur on November 6, 2018 at about 12:05am.

The operation was resulted to the arrest of suspect identified as Raymond Pascual Talavera, male, 20 years old.

The operating team recovered from the possession of the subject one piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as “shabu”, with estimated market value is One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php1,500.00).

Shooting Incident

KUMALARANGA, Zamboanga del Sur (Nov. 3, 2018) - Alleged shooting incident transpired at Sitio Laya, Brgy, Poblacion, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:55 PM of November 2, 2018.

The victim was identified as Abo Abdulla y Cama, 40 years old, married, self-employed and a resident of same place.

Accordingly, the victim was inside of his house and about to  sleep when suddenly  unidentified perpetrator appeared thereat and shot the herein victim twice with the used of 12 gauge shotgun based on the recovered two (2) spent shells.

As a result victim sustained grazed wound on his left shoulder while suspect immediately escaped (information still to be obtained). Responding PNP offered the victim to rush him to the nearest hospital but he refused the same. Motive of the incident is still to be determined.
