Man Arrested for
the Crime of Malicious Mischief
TUKURAN Zamboanga
del Sur (Nov. 8, 2018) – The PNP personnel of Tukuran Municipal
Police Station arrested one person during the conduct od police operation (Service
of Warrant of Arrest) at Purok 2, Brgy. Navalan, Tukuran Zamboanga Del Sur at
about 7:30 in the evening of November 07, 2018.
The
operating team identified the arrested suspect as Wilmer Arias Y Feliciano Aka
Bongbong ,34 years old, interior designer, single and a resident of Barangay
Navalan, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur
The
accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Malicious
Mischief docketed under Criminal Case no. 1621-T issued by Judge Norlinda R.
Amante-Descallar, Acting Presiding Judge of 9TH Municipal Circuit Trial Court
of Labangan-Tukuran, 9th Judicial Region Pagadian City, issued on December 02,
2016.
Subject
arredted person is listed as Wanted Person (Municipal Level) in Tukuran,
Zamboanga Del Sur. He is now temporarily detained at Tukuran Municipal Police
Station for proper disposition.

PAGADIAN CITY (Nov.
7, 2018) –
The PNP personnel of Pagadian CPS arrested one person during the conduct of
police operation on wanted person (Service of Arrest Warrant) at about 10:07pm
of November 06, 2018 at Rizal Avenue corner R.T Lim Street, Balangasan
District, Pagadian City.
The
operating team identified the arrested person as Lucio Ungaya Malapad Jr Alias
“Jun-Jun”, 23 years old, male, married, Filipino and presently residing at
Purok Papaya, Barangay Lumbia, Pagadian City with postal address at Purok
Maribabao, Barangay Poblacion, Lakewood,
Zamboanga Del Sur.
The
accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation Of Section 5
(I) Of Republic Act 9262 with criminal cases number 14044-2K18 issued on
October 26, 2018 by Honorable Judge Analyn F. Ramas-Costanilla, Acting
Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court of 9th Judicial Region, Branch 22,
Pagadian City with a bail bond recommended of Eighty Thousand Pesos
(Php80,000.00) for his temporary liberty.
The
accused is now in the custody of Pagadian CPS for proper disposition.
Dead Body Found
PAGADIAN CITY (Nov.
7. 2018) -
A dead body was found at the residence of Mr. Rogelio T. Alcantara located at
Purok Mangga, Tuburan, Pagadian City at about 9:00 AM of November 06, 2018.
Police
identified the lifeless body as Benjamin Ontolan, legal age, male, Filipino,
single and temporarily residing at the aforementioned place.
Initial
investigation conducted disclosed that at the above time, date, and place of
discovery, a group of children were playing basketball when two of the children
went to the house to get the ball that fell, they discovered the lifeless body
lying on the top of the table and immediately reported to the office of the
Barangay Tuburan, Pagadian City.
The
City Health Officer Dr, Arnel Lerias went to the above place for investigation
and examination.
Based
on the Post Mortem Examination, the nature of death is natural one. The cadaver
of the victim now lies at Gamalinda Funeral Home.
Murder Suspect
Arrested
DIMATALING,
Zamboanga Del Sur (Nov. 7, 2018) – The PNP personnel of Dimataling MPS
conducted police operation on wanted person (Service of Arrest Warrant) at
about 04:30 PM of November 06, 2018 at Purok 1, Brgy. Saloagan, Dimataling,
Zamboanga Del Sur.
The
operation was resulted to the arrest of Musa Dali-On Mohammad, 28 years old,
male, married, driver and residing at Purok 7, Saloagan, Dimataling, Zamboanga
Del Sur.
The
accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder,
docketed under Criminal Case No. 13 – 004 issued on January 28, 2013 by
Presiding Judge, Ninth Judicial Region RTC Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga del
Sur with no bail bond recommended.
The
accused is now in the custody of Dimataling MPS for proper disposition.
1 killed in
Shooting Incident
V. SAGUN, Zamboanga
del Sur (Nov. 8, 2018) – One person was killed in shooting incident
transpired at Purok Alindahaw, Barangay Kapatagan, Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga
Del Sur at about 10:00 AM of November 7, 2018.
The
victim identified as Rociano Dumayo Y Tumimo, 49 years old, married, jobless
and a resident of aforementioned place was shot to death by unidentified
suspect.
Initial
investigation conducted by the PNP personnel of Vincenzo Sagun MPS that prior
to the incident, victim was lying at the swing net near at the house of Meloy
Capa, neighbor of the victim about 20 meters from where he lied.
The
suspect was came from the south where the victim head placing the swing net
fronting to the north and there shoot the victim in three times hitting at his
head and shoulder resulting to his instantaneous death as pronounced by the
attending physician Dra. Grace Sabellano.
The
suspect fled to the north direction wearing Jacket color gray and dark jeans,
concealed with a bonnet on his face as described by their neighbor who saw the
suspect while walking towards the direction as mentioned above. Motive of the
incident are still to be determined.
Three
empty shell of caliber 45 recovered from the crime scene. PNP elements of
Vincenzo Sagun MPS conducting hot pursuit operation for possible arrest of the
suspect and still continues conducting follow up investigation to identify and
file appropriate charges against the perpetrator.
17 injured in Road
Crash Accident in Zamboanga Del Sur
TIGBAO, Zamboanga
del Sur (Nov. 8, 2018) – Seventeen persons were injured in motor
vehicular traffic accident (Self Accident) transpired along the National
Highway of Purok 3, Barangay Tigbao, Tigbao Zamboanga del Sur at about 8:20 AM
of November 7, 2018,
The
accident was involving one unit Toyota Hi-ace Commuter Van, 2017 model, color
Silver Metallic, bearing plate number ADO 9556, driven by Orlando Ocampo y
Simblante, 42 years old, Married, Driver, resident of Purok 4, Poblacion
Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur fell at the right deepest portion (estimated
measurement of 5 meters Deep) of the aforementioned place coming from Pagadian
City going to Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay.
The

Investigation
disclosed that above-mentioned vehicle
(Toyota Hiace Van) was navigating the national highway coming from Pagadian
City bound for Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay with 17 persons on board including Two
children in a regular speed and upon reaching the place of accident, the driver was surprisingly saw one single
Motorcycle was about to crash along the national highway occupying their right
lane and in order to evade the contact,
the driver maneuvered his vehicle (Toyota Hiace) to the right shouldering of
the road and unable to manage the same and unfortunately fell at the deepest
portion of the above-mentioned place which resulted to the accident.
The
Driver revealed that he exerted effort to avoid the contact and save the lives
especially the people on board of his driven vehicle but prove futile.
Said
Vehicle has 17 persons on board and 2 of them are Children, 8 people sustained
multiple physical injuries and immediately brought to Tigbao Rural Health Unit
for medication thereafter referred to Zamboanga del Medical Center, Dao
Pagadian City.
The
Toyota Hiace Van was incurred major damages to the different parts, while the
driver (Toyota Hiace Van) was fortunately unharmed and brought to Tigbao Police
Station for documentation and proper disposition.
Man Arrested for
Illegal Possession of Explosives
LABANGAN, Labangan
Zamboanga del Sur (Nov. 7, 2018) – The PNP elements Labangan MPS
arrested the person of Rex Odin Y Lopez, 38 years old, male, single, jobless
and a resident of Brgy. Maloloy-on, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur for illegal
possession of explosives.
The
suspect was apprehended through Checkpoint Operation along National Highway,
Barangay Upper Campo Islam, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur at about 5:30 PM of
November 6, 2018.
Confiscated
from the actual possession of the said suspect was one (1) HE Hand
Fragmentation Grenade.
The
said suspect is now in the custody of Labangan MPS for proper disposition.
Rape Suspect
Arrested
MOLAVE, Zamboanga
del Sur (Nov. 8, 2018) - The Combined PNP personnel of Molave MPS
and Tangub MPS of Misamis Occidental PPO conducted police operation on wanted
person at Purok Dungguan, Barangay Culo, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about
6:00 AM of November 7, 2018.
The
operation was resulted to the arrest of Leberato Lestojas y Oniez, 44 years
old, married, a resident of Purok 2, Barangay Lorenzo Tan, Tangub City, Misamis
Occidental.
He
was arrested by virtue of Alias Warrant of Arrest for crime of Frustrated
Statutory Rape docketed under Criminal Case no. TC-2016-150 and two (2) crimes
of Child Abuse docketed under Criminal Case No. TC-2016-151 and TC-2016-052 all
issued by Presiding Judge, RTC 10th Judicial Region, Branch 16, Tangub City
issued on October 17, 2016 with no bail recommended for Frustrated Statutory
Rape and Eighty Thousand Pesos (P80, 000.00) each for the Child Abuse.
The
arrested subject person is now under the custody of Tangub MPS, Misamis
Occidental for proper disposition.
PAGADIAN CITY (Nov.
8, 2018) -
Robbery incident transpired at Consolacion Street corner Rizal Avenue,
Balangasan District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:00 PM of
November 7, 2018.
The
victims were identified as Rachelle Gonzales Y Longaquit, 18 years old, female,
single, student, Filipino and a resident of Purok Manga, Tuburan, Pagadian City
and Jomar Sarino Y Banglos, 18 years old, female, single, Filipino and a
resident of Purok Aguinaldo, Santo Niño, Pagadian City.
Accordingly,
they were traversing Consolacion Street, Pagadian City on board there Suzuki
Raider single motorcycle one when unidentified male person wearing black
jacket, white inner t-shirt with print, short pants, black helmet (half face)
and riding a black XRM single motorcycle with plate number painted in black
color attached near its muffler approached them and drew his firearm describe
as caliber .45 color black and forcibly took the cellular phone from Rachelle
Gonzales Y Longaquit describe as one unit Samsung J7 with SIM card attached
number 0907-1676111 estimated worth eight thousand (Php8,000.00) Pesos and fled
towards the alley road of DBP and DPWH situated at Rizal Avenue, Balangasan
District, Pagadian City.
Robbery incident transpired at Urro Street corner Consolacion Street Sto. Niño
District, Pagadian City at about 8:45 PM of November 7, 2018.
The
victim was identified as Elmer Gravador Y Asoy, 25 years old, male, single,
student, Filipino and a resident of Purok Bonifacio, Santo Niño District,
Zamboanga City.
Accordingly,
he was walking along Urro street corner Enerio Street near Provincial Capitol
fronting Baptist church Santo Niño District, Pagadian City when one
unidentified male person wearing black jacket, white inner t-shirt with print,
short pants, black helmet (half face) and riding a black XRM single motorcycle
with plate number painted in black color attached near its muffler approached
him, drew his firearm describe as caliber .45 color black pointed and ordered
him to dropped on the ground and to hand over his cellular phone, he then
handed over his cellular phone.
Robbery incident transpired at Jamisola Street near
Glavys Enterprises, Santa Lucia District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur at
about 8:30 PM of November 7, 2018.
The
victim was identified as Entisam Palada Y Hasim, 24 years old, male, single,
tricycle driver, Filipino and a resident of Paglaum Uno, Tuburan, Pagadian
City.
Accordingly,
he was driving his passenger tricycle (Bao-bao) at the abovementioned place on
board with two passengers when one unidentified male person wearing black
jacket, white inner t-shirt with print, short pants, black helmet (half face)
and riding a black XRM single motorcycle with plate number painted in black
color attached near its muffler approached him and drew his firearm describe as
caliber .45 color black and declared that he was a member of National Bureau of
Investigation (NBI) and forcibly took his cellular phone describe as one unit
Samsung J2 Prime and SIM card attached number 0906-8241369 and 0950-8004052
estimated worth six thousand (Php 6,000.00) Pesos and his WMSU ID card (serial
# 15-2040).
The
suspect thereafter fled towards Jamisola Street corner Duterte Street, Santa
Lucia, Pagadian City.
PNP
personnel of Pagadian City Police Station were immediately mobilized for the
possible apprehension and identification of the suspect for the filing of case.
