OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
ARRESTED WANTED PERSON IN MOLAVE
On or about 1:00 in the afternoon
of April 12, 2015 at Roxas Street, Barangay Maloloy-On, Molave, Zamboanga Del
Sur. PNP personnel elements of Molave Police Station under the direct
supervision of PSInsp Gabriel Neri Maglangit, OIC proceeded to the aforesaid
place to effect the warrant or arrest which resulted to the successful arrest
of two wanted person: one (1) Wendel Tampipi Y Viovicente; and one (1) Daisy
Jane Vale by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Robbery under
criminal case number CBU-106553 issued by Judge Silva Aguirre Paderanga,
Regional Trial Court, Branch 16, 7th Judicial Region, Cebu City with bail bond
for their temporary liberty was set at forty thousand pesos ( Php40,000.00)
each. Accused are now temporary detained at Molave lock-up cell while waiting
the commitment order fm court for proper disposition.
AURORA -On or
about 11:30 in the morning of April 12, 2015 at Sitio Bagakay, Barangay
Lintugop, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur. PNP elements of aurora police station led
by SPO3 Jimmy V Guevarra, under the supervision of PSInsp Heidel B. Te-Elan,
OIC proceeded to the aforesaid place to effect the warrant of arrest which
resulted to the successful arrest of one (1) Danilo Rosauro Y Saladaga, 47
years old, married, laborer and a resident of Purok Sto Niño, Barangay
Tagolalo, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur by virtue of the arrest warrant duly signed
by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga
Del Sur for the crime of Rape by sexual assault docketed under cc nr. 14-10,
1122 and sexual abuse docketed under cc nr 14-10, 1123 with bail bond fixed at ₱120,000
and ₱180,000 respectively for his temporary liberty. Accused is now temporary
detained at aurora police station lock-up cell while waiting for the commitment
order from the court.
PAGADIAN CITY -On or about 08:30 in the morning
of April 12, 2015, joint PNP elements of
CIDT-ZSPPO led by PO3 Roger Hortillas, together with PIDMB, PAIDSOTF and
Pagadian City Police Station, all under the direction of PSSupt Sofronio Palaña
Ecaldre, APD proceeded to Albert Surplus, Aquino Street, Barangay Gatas
District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur and arrested one (1) Ariel Lemosnero
a.k.a. “Ayang”, legal age, male, married, resident of Purok Bagong Lipunan,
Barangay Poblacion, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. subject person was arrested by
virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of frustrated homicide, docketed
under criminal case number I-5438, issued by Hon. Anthony B.T Isaw, CPA,
Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 24, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay dated September 14, 2014. Subject person was
temporarily confined at Pagadian City Police Station locked-up cell while his
driven Mitsubishi vehicle black Estrada Gls 3.2 with plate nr UQJ 481,
registered under the name of one (1) Jonel J. Tongol with his declared address
at Balulang, Cagayan De Oro City was brought to Pagadian City Police Station
for disposition.
