OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

ARRESTED WANTED PERSON

On or about 10:40 o’clock in the morning of April 5, 2015, PNP elements of Dumalinao Police Station led by PO3 Maricar Matas Pellina together with PNP elements of Sergio Osmeña Police Station, Zamboanga Del Norte PPO led by PO3 Rey S Duyag proceeded to Barangay Paglaum, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur and successfully arrested one (1) Reneboy Oberes Y Pagatpat aka ‘Eboy’, 20 years old, single, and a resident of Purok Lumboy, Pinig-Libano, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur by virtue of warrant of arrest docketed under cc number 18667 for the crime of Acts Of Lasciviousness in relation to R.A. 7610 issued by Hon Rogelio D Laquihan, Presiding Judge of RTC branch 7, Dipolog City with bail bond fixed to One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 180,000.00). Said wanted person was listed nr seven (7) in Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga Del Norte AOR. accused was brought to Dumalinao Police Station for booking and subsequently turn-over to Sergio Osmeña PNP for his temporary confinement while waiting for court disposition order.

CAMPAIGN AGAINSTILLEGAL DRUGS THRU SEARCH WARRANT

KUMALARANG, Zamboanga del Sur - On or about 1:30 in the morning of April 5, 2015, joint elements of Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) led by PSupt Modhin Acub Pantaran, Chief PIB, PIDMB led by PInsp Herminigildo Bajao, Provincial Anti-Illegal Drug Special Operation Task Force (PAIDSOFT), Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) led by PSupt Michael Pineda Palermo, Company Commander, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), Regional Public Safety Battalion 9 (RPSB9) and the Regional Explosives Ordnance Division (REOD) led by PSSupt Sofronio Palaña Ecaldre, APD, implemented search warrants nos. 212, 213, 214, 215, 216,  217, 218 against Halijah Edris, Toto Abbas, Ayang Edris, Suharto Mamolibid, Jabide Abdullah, Ibrahim Abbas and Asis Sinsi at Baranagy West Boyugan, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur, that resulted to the arrest of Akmad Lamagan Edris aka “Ayang”, male, married, 41 years old and a resident of Barangay West Boyugan, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur, with an estimated seizure of more or less three(3) grams, Jabide Ladjas Abdullah aka “beds”, male, married, 50 years old and a resident of Barangay West Boyugan, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur with an estimated seizure of more or less one (1) gram. Further, the above-named operation dismantled a drug den in consonance with search warrant no. 215 against Suharto Mamolibid who evaded arrest and resulted to the arrest of Abdul Tampipi Modabpil aka “Basit”, male, 31 years old, married and a resident of Barangay West Boyugan, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur, Claudio Donor Buctuan aka “nyol”, male, 37 years old, single and a resident of Barangay Sayao, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur, Melvin Ornopia Sullano, male, 23 years old, single and a resident of Barangay Picanan, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur, Cosain Tampipi Edris, male, 48 years old, married and a resident of Barangay West Boyugan, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur, Yusop Calsedo Dacula, male, 34 years old, single and a resident of Barangay West Boyugan, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur with an estimated seizure more or less Fifty (50) grams. Moreover, the estimated total weight is more or less Fifty Four (54) grams. Suspects are now temporary detained at PDEA lock-up cell while cases for violation of sections 6, 7, 11 and 12 art II of R.A. 9165 are being prepared for filing before the court

KUMALARANG, Zamboanga del Sur - On or about 5:00 am of April 5, 2015, joint PNP elements of Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB), PIDMB, PAIDSOTF, PDEA Zamboanga Del Sur, 2nd MC 9th RPSB, ZSPPSC and regional eod9 led by PSSupt Sofronio P Ecaldre implemented search and seizure operation at the residence of alpha certain Akmad Abas Alias Toto situated at Barangay Boyugan West, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur by virtue of search warrant no 213 issued by Honorable Judge Joel G. Vercide of MTCC branch 01, 9th Judicial Region for violation of sec 6, 11, and 12 art II of R.A. 9165 that resulted to the confiscation and seizure of more or less 1.17 grams of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu), several shabu paraphernalia’s and the arrest of one(1) Dexterbell Impal Y Chiong, 30 years old, single, driver and a resident of Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay when caught on act carrying a caliber .45 pistol while inside the residence of the subject of the search warrant Akmad Abas Alias Toto who was able to evade arrest upon noticed of the approaching raiding team. A case for violation of section 6, 11, and 12 art II of R.A. 9165 and violation of R.A. 10591 (illegal possession of firearms and ammunition) were prepared for filling against the suspect. Arrested suspect temporary detained at PDEA lock-up cell while a case now being prepared for filing in court.

CAMPAIGN AGAINST ILLEGAL DRUGS

On or about 9:40 in the afternoon of April 5, 2015, PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station conducted drugs buy operation at Pilgrims Hotel, Rizal Ave., Barangay Tuburan, Zamboanga Del Sur that resulted to the arrest of one (1) Jamel Sabirin Y Castola, 19 years old, male, single, self employed, a res of Purok Gemilina, Barangay Buenavista, Pagadian City for having in possession one (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu, two pieces red disposable lighter, one (1) piece orange disposable lighter, two (2) pieces of rolled aluminum foil, two (2) pieces of folded aluminum foil and the Two Hundred Peso bill as marked money with serial number P719352. Suspect is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station lock-up cell while appropriate charges are being prepared for filing in court against him. Investigator on case is PO2 Joel Limbo with contact no. 09255355268.

Motor Vehicular Accident in Dumalinao

Motor vehicular accident occurred at about 2:00 PM of April 6, 2015, particularly along national highway, Barangay sumadat, dumalinao. The victim was identified as PSI Rolando Bayawa Coz, COP of Vincenzo Sagun MPS. He was riding his single mc Kawasaki fury 125, color blue plate number JL6081 when accidentally hit and bumped by a Mitsubishi with plate number JBC921, driven by Sacarias Duran Butaslac.  Investigation conducted by responding PNP elements of Dumalinao MPS disclosed that both vehicles were traversing the same direction from Pagadian City bound for Guipos and San Miguel wherein the single mc was running ahead but was accidentally bumped from behind by a followed Mitsubishi. The victim together with his driven single mc was dragged more or less sixty meters and sustained injuries on the different parts of the body. He was then immediately rushed to Zamboanga Del Sur medical center for treatment. Both involved vehicles are now in custody of Dumalinao MPS for further investigation and proper disposition.

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS

Man Arrested in Lakewood for Murder Charges

A man was arrested during police operation conducted by elements of Lakewood MPS led by Police Inspector Roel Japay and PIB personnel led by Police Chief Inspector Mohdin A. Pantaran in Barangay Biswangan, Lakewood at about 11:45 PM of April 7, 2015. Arrested was Sumen Anggot aka Elardo Anggot, 24 years old, married and a resident of said place. He was arrested for the crime of attempted murder by virtue of warrant of arrest under criminal case number 11288-2k14 issued by Hon Benjamin Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 22, Pagadian City dated 27 May 2014. The bail bond recommended is fixed at one hundred twenty thousand (P 120,000.00) pesos for his temp liberty. He is now temp detained at Lakewood MPS while waiting for the commitment order from court.
