REPORTED INCIDENTS –April 11, 2015

Shooting in Kumalarang

Shooting incident occurred at about 6:00 PM of April 11, 2015 at Sitio Tubac, Barangay Bualan, Kumalarang. The victim was identified as Rafael Tesoro, a Barangay Councilor of the aforesaid place. He was shot by two unidentified suspects with the use of undetermined Cal of firearm. Investigation conducted disclosed that the victim was driving his Honda XRM motorcycle going to his home, however, upon reaching at the aforesaid place, two unidentified person suddenly shoot him hitting his right elbow. He was rushed to Buug Medical Hospital for treatment while the suspects fled towards unknown direction after the incident. The Kumalarang MPS is now conducting follow- up investigation regarding the incident.

Motor vehicular traffic accident

Motor vehicular traffic accident occurred at about 12:10 PM of April 11, 2015 at National Road of Barangay Paglaum, Dumalinao in front of Nacilla’s Motor Parts supplies wherein a black Honda XRM 125 with plate number 9701JF, driven by Jesson C. Doraydo was accidentally hit and bumped by a black Honda wave 100 bearing plate number JQ-1085, owned and driven by Julius Ceasar C. Densing. Investigation conducted revealed that the Honda XRM was negotiating the road from Ogis Lechon Manok beside Nacilla’s Motor Parts Supplies, left beside of the National Road, Barangay Camanga, however, upon reaching at the aforesaid place, accidentally hit/bumped by Honda wave which negotiating the Barangay road from Iglesia Ni Cristo Church. The driver of Honda XRM sustained slight injuries while Honda wave incurred damage. A peaceful negotiation of both drivers landed into agreement that they will no longer file a case against each other and both amenable that it was a plain accident.

Mitsubishi Pick-up Stolen in Pagadian

The owner of Mitsubishi Delica pick-up identified as Corazon M. Adolfo of legal age, a resident of Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City, reported to Pagadian City Police Station that at about 5:00 AM of the same date she discovered that her Mitsubishi pick – up, color white bearing plate number yfd126 registered under her name was lost while being parked at phoenix gasoline station in Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City at about 8:00 AM of April 11, 2015.

Rape in Guipos

Rape incident occurred at about 11:50 PM of April 9, 2015 in Barangay Guling, Guipos. The victim was a 17 years old resident of Barangay Camanga, Dumalinao. According to the victim she was allegedly rape by certain Ricky R Narciso, 30 years old, resident of aforesaid place at the nipa hut. The Guipos MPS conducted hot pursuit operation against the suspect at about 3:30 PM of April 10, 2015 that led to arrest of suspect. He is now temporarily detained at Guipos MPS while a case of rape is now being prepared for immediate filing in court

Pagadian Police Held 21 Motorized Boats for Violation of EO 305

The Pagadian City Police Station and the 903rd Maritime Police conducted seaborne patrol at the sea water of Illana Bay, Pagadian City at about 5:30 AM of April 11, 2015, purposely to implement the executive order 305- entitled devolving to municipal and city governments the registration of fishing vessels three (3) tonnage and below and for violation of all forms of illegal fishing accomplishment report on the conduct of seaborne patrol. This resulted to the apprehension of twenty one (21) motorized fishing boats. All the apprehended motorized fishing boats are now in the custody of 903rd Maritime Police, Port Area, Pagadian City.
