REPORTED INCIDENTS –April 2, 2015

Hacking in Dinas
Hacking incident occurred at about 9:00 AM of April 2, 2015 at Barangay Dungos, Dinas. The victim was identified as Henry Magsayo Delos Trico, 46, married, farmer and resident of said place. He was found lying lifeless at the creek at the mentioned place. He sustained hacked wounds on the different parts of his body and was believed to be hacked by unidentified suspect. Based on the investigation conducted by Dinas MPS thru the testimonies of other person who saw the victim that prior to the incident that said victim was hacked to death in the evening of 01 April 2015 at his house and was subsequently dragged to the creek at the above-mentioned place. The motive of the incident is still under investigation while the elements of Dinas MPS conduct thorough investigation to possibly identify and arrest the suspect.

Robbery in Pagadian City
An attempted robbery/hold -up incident transpired at about 11: 20 AM of April 2, 2015 in Barangay Bulatok, Pagadian City. The victim was identified as Jim Ivan Balsamo Y Maño, 22, married, a resident of Rosario Homes Subdivision, Barangay Dao, Pagadian City. He was allegedly robbed by three (3) unidentified riding criminals onboard on two (2) undetermined type of single mc. Based on the investigation conducted by Pagadian City Police disclosed that at about 11:05 in the morning of same date, the victim was driving his single mc and temporarily stopped at the road of Rizal Avenue in front of c3 mall due to traffic congestion when suddenly one unidentified riding criminal onboard on undetermined type of single mc suddenly accosted and approached the victim and pointed hard object on his back and commanded him to drove his driven mc going  to Piltel of Barangay Bulatok while the other two riding criminals onboard on one single mc krypton Yamaha also tailed the victim going to Piltel of Barangay Bulatok, however, upon reaching thereat victim stopped as ordered and was suddenly stabbed by one of the suspect hitting on the left side of the victim’s body. He fortunately was able /managed to evade the succeeding attacks and speeded off his driven mc going to upgrade direction. He then reported the incident to Pagadian City Police Station. The victim sustained incised wound on the left portion of his lower left breast and no personal belongings and money was taken from the victim. The Pagadian City Police Station now conducted follow- up operation to possibly identify and arrest the suspects.
