Mauling Incident And Arrest Of
The Suspect:
A mauling incident at Purok Sikatuna, Barangay
Tickwas, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 5:00 in the afternoon of March
14, 2016, wherein victim identified as Elma Aninipoc Batingal, 48 years old,
widow, housekeeper was mauled by her live-in partner identified Eleno Obienda
Nuevo, 54 years old, widow, both residents of same place. Suspect were
apprehended by elements of Dumalinao MPS and temporarily detained at said
station for proper disposition.

The PNP elements of Lapuyan MPS led by PSI ROGER A
BARTIANA, COP conducted operation against wanted person at Purok 6, Barangay
Bulawan, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur on March 15, 2016 at about 4:00 in the
afternoon, that resulted in the arrest
of a certain Bukakong Muhad, 42 years old, married, farmer, resident of Purok 5, Barangay Bulawan, Lapuyan, Zamboanga
Del Sur by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of attempted murder,
docketed under criminal case number 15-064, issued by Honorable Felix B
Rodriguez, Presiding Judge of RTC branch 29, Capitol Compound, Pagadian City.
Recommended bail bond amounting to one hundred twenty thousand pesos (Php
120,000.00). Suspect is temporarily detained at lapuyan mps lock-up cell for
proper disposition.

A joint PNP elements of Dinas MPS, Pagadian City PS
and ZSPPSC conducted operation against wanted person at Purok Rubia, Roxas
Street, Sta Maria District, Pagadian City on March 15, 2016 at about 5:30 In
the afternoon, that resulted in the arrest of a certain Richard Glang, A.K.A.
Recart, 26 years old, resident of Purok Nangka, Barangay Sumpotan, Dinas,
Zamboanga Del Sur by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of murder,
docketed under criminal case number 14-028, issued by Honorable Edilberto G
Absin, Presiding Judge, 9th Judicial Region, RTC, branch 29, Pagadian City with
no bail-bond recommended. Suspect is temporarily detained at Dinas MPS for
porper disposition.
