REPORT ON “OPLAN LAMBAT-SIBAT” THRU SERVICE OF WARRANT OF ARREST in KUMALARANG
That at about 9:45 PM of March 6,
2016, joint PNP personnel from Buug MPS led by PINSP ROWEL M BALMORES, OIC and
Kumalarang MPS led by PI ALFON B BELOAN, OIC, conducted “lambat-sibat operation
thru service of warrant of arrest that resulted to the arrest of Hernante
Derriaco y Canasio at Purok 3, Barangay
Basalem, Buug, ZSP by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Norlida R.
Amante, presiding judge, 13th MCTC Kumalarang-Lakewood-Bayog, 9th
judicial region docketed under criminal case number 1767-K dated January 26th
2016 for the crime of attempted homicide with recommended bail bond amounting
to twelve thousand (Php 12,000.00) pesos. Arrested person was turned-over to Kumalarang
MPS for proper disposition.

KUMALARANG-LAKEWOOD-BAYOG, 9TH JUDICIAL REGION DOCKETED UNDER
CRIMINAL CASE NUMBER 1767-K DATED JANUARY 26TH
2016 FOR THE CRIME OF ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE WITH RECOMMENDED BAIL BOND AMOUNTING
TO TWELVE THOUSAND (PHP 12,000.00) PESOS. ARRESTED PERSON WAS TURNED-OVER TO
