PRESS RELEASE

Campaign Against Wanted Person:

The PNP elements of Aurora Municipal Police Station led by PSI HEIDEL B TE-ELAN, OIC conducted negotiation that led in the voluntarily surrender of a certain Joemar Dolero Pesodas, 26 years old, and resident of Barangay Inasagan, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Su at about 09:15 in the evening of March 7, 2016, Suspect has standing warrant of arrest for the crime of slight physical injury by a bond issued by Honorable Pablito S. Pielago Jr. Presiding Judge of MTC cities,  9th Judicial Region, branch 02 under criminal case number 17208 with recommended bail bond amounting to two thousand pesos (Php2,000.00). Suspect is temporarily detained at Aurora MPS for proper disposition.

     

Service Of Search Warrant:

A joint operation spearheaded by Pagadian City Police Station and PAIDSOTF together with 2nd MC RPSB9 conducted search warrant operation at about 11:45 in the morning of March 7, 2016, with search warrant number 001-2k16 for violation of R.A 10591, issued by Honorable Romeo T. Descallar, Executive Judge, 9th Judicial Region, branch 19, Pagadian City to the residential house of a certain Romulo Sudiang A.K.A “Boy” at Purok Sweetlove, Barangay Dumagoc, Pagadian City. The search was witness by media practitioner Jerson Galotera Fuertes, Barangay Chairwoman Ellaine Mae Mituda and barangay officials as witness during the conduct of operation. Recovered evidences are twenty (20) pieces live ammunitions of 5.56 caliber, one (1) piece live ammo of .380 caliber, two (2) pieces gun holster, one (1) piece magazine pouch, one (1) piece fake pnp id and eight (8) pieces assorted firearms license card. Suspect is temporarily detained at Pagadian City PS for proper disposition.

Service Of Search Warrant:

A joint PNP elements of Pagadian City Police Station, PAIDSOTF and 2nd MC RPSB9 served two (2) search warrants at about 8:00 in the evening of March 7, 2016, with search warrant number 002-2k16 for violation of R.A. 10591 and 003-2k16 for violation of R.A. 9165. The first search warrant was served at the residential house of a certain Tingaw Sumusod Abas, a resident of Purok Iranon, Barangay Muricay, Pagadian City. The raiding team recovered the following drug paraphernalia to wit: one (1) piece wooden box color pink containing sixteen (16) pieces folded aluminum foils, one (1) piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing several pieces of plastic sachets, one (1) piece disposable lighter, one (1) piece disposable blade and one (1) set sewing needles. The second search warrant number 004-2k16 for violation of R.A. 9165 was served at the residential house of Cheryl Pimentel Colonia, 49 years old, female, married, a resident of block 7 lot 19 lower phase, Alta Tierra Tiguma, Pagadian City, issued by Honorable Romeo T. Descallar, Executive Judge, RTC branch 19, 9th Judicial Region, Pagadian City. The searching team able to recovered inside her bedroom the following drug paraphernalia to wit: one (1) piece electronic weighing scale, four (4) pieces disposable lighters, one (1) piece improvised carton funnel, two (2) pieces folded aluminum foils, two (2) pieces empty small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet, one (1) piece aluminum pipe, one (1) roll aluminum foil. investigator is now preparing the necessary documents for an inquest proceeding against Cheryl Pimentel Colonia for violation of sec. 12 of R.A. 9165 and regular proceeding against Tingaw Sumusod Abas for violation of sec. 12 of R.A. 9165 to be forwarded at Pagadian City Prosecutors Office. Suspects were temporarily detained at Pagadian City for proper disposition.

Vehicular Traffic Accident:

The PNP personnel of Pagadian City Police Office received a cellphone call from Dionisio Dela Peña, Barangay Chairman of Balintawak, Pagadian City informing that traffic accident transpired along National Highway Of Barangay Balintawak, Pagadian City at about 3:00 in the morning of March 8, 2016, involving one (1) unit mitsubishi six-wheeler truck with plate number LFG-797. investigation disclosed that at about 2:30 in the morning of March 8, 2016, said truck, driven by Alexander Ignacio Yubal, 43 years old, married, resident of Purok 6, Silao, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay, holder of professional driver’s license number JO4-91-035213, on board the subject vehicle were seven (7) passengers namely: Eddiemar  Wae Oma, 26 years old, a resident of Ilang, Davao City; Hanna E Usama, legal age, resident of barangay Talon-Talon Zamboanga City; Farida Mandanga, legal age; Elenita Cambarijan Perez, 36 years old, female, single, resident of Lacasta Village, Pasonanca Zamboanga City; Tommy Ruyanah, legal age and two (2) unidentified  persons. The said truck was traversing at the downgrade area of the above mentioned place and the driver losses its control due to brake malfunction. As a result of it, the said truck encroached to the opposite lane of travel and accidentally bumped to a coconut tree. That due to sudden force and strong impact, the passenger’s throne out of the vehicle. three (3) passengers were brought to Zamboanga Del Sur Medical Center and the other one (1) was rushed to Jamelarin Hospital, Pagadian City for medical treatment while the three other passengers were dead on the spot namely Elenita Cambarijan Perez, Nadzfar and other unidentified woman. Suspect is temporarily detained at Pagadian City PS for proper disposition.
