Report On One Time Big Time

The Intelligence Operatives Of Pagadian City Police Station led by Pci Rommel Gabriel Etbew under the direct supervision of PSUPT MICHAEL PINEDA PALERMO together with the PNP personnel of Provincial Anti-Illegal Drug Special Operation Task Force (PAIDSOTF) and Regional Public Safety Battalion 9 (RPSB 9) at about 8:00 in the afternoon of March 7, 2016, arrested the person of  Cheryl Pimentel Colonia, 49 years old, female, married and a resident of Block 7, Lot 19, Lower Phase, Alta Tierra Tiguma, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur. Subject person was arrested during the execution of search warrant issued by Hon. Romeo T. Descallar, Executive Judge, RTC branch 19, 9th Judicial Region, Pagadian City with search warrant number 004-2k16 for violation of R.A. 9165 to her residence at said place. The searching team able to recover drug paraphernalia’s inside the bedroom of Cheryl Pimentel Colonia, as follows: a. one (1) piece electronic weighing scale, b. four (4) pieces disposable lighters, c. one (1) piece improvised carton funnel, d. two (2) pieces folded aluminum foils, e. two (2) pieces empty small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet, f. one (1) piece aluminum pipe, g. one (1) roll aluminum foil. The execution of the said search warrant was done with the presence of Mr. Jerson Galotera, representative from the media and barangay captain Fernando Pameron, elected official of Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City as witnesses. The said raiding team also conducted a search unto the dwelling of a certain Tingaw Sumusod Abas situated at Purok Iranon, Barangay Muricay, Pagadian City with the virtue of search warrant issued by Hon. Romeo T. Descallar, with search warrant number 003-2k16 for violation of R.A. 9165 and search warrant number 002-2k16 for violation of R.A. 10591. The said dwelling was unoccupied but the raiding team continued to search and breach the area with the presence of Barangay Kagawad Udtog M. Sarip, elected official of Barangay Muricay, this city and Mr. Jerson Galotera, representative from the media as witnesses of which the searching team able to recover from the said dwelling the following drug paraphernalia, as follows:  h. one (1) piece wooden box color pink containing sixteen (16) pieces folded aluminum foils, i. one (1) piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing several pieces of plastic sachets, j. one (1) piece disposable lighter,  k. one (1) piece disposable blade, and l. one (1) set sewing needles. The said operation was part of the one time big time simultaneous execution of search warrant in various places and subject persons within the area of Pagadian City. Meanwhile, the handling investigator is now preparing the necessary documents for an inquest proceeding against Cheryl Colonia Y Pimentel for violation of sec. 12 of R.A. 9165 and regular proceeding against Tingaw Sumusod Abas for violation of sec. 12 of R.A. 9165 which will be later on forwarded to the city prosecutors office of Pagadian City.

Neutralization of Other Wanted person

Joint PNP elements of Tigbao Municipal Police Station, 1st MP and 2nd MC, RPSB9 led by PSINSP MARK GEROME P NEBRIA, platoon leader conducted Lambat Sibat Operation at Purok Makugihon, Barangay, Longmot, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur, March 8, 2016 at about 3:00 pm, and arrested Rogelio Catilosa Campos, 73 years old, married and a resident of said place by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Benjamin Lanzaderas of 9th Judicial Region, branch 22, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur for the crime of rape under criminal case number 10047-2k11  dated august 17, 2016 with no bail bond recommended. Subject person was temporary detained at Tigbao MPS for documentation and proper disposition.

Recovery of a Stolen Motorcycle:

The PNP personnel of react 2 led by PI LERMA C BORON, OD, under the direction supervision of PSUPT MICHAEL P PALERMO, OIC conducted mobile patrol at the vicinity of Pajares Avenue, Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pagadian City at about  3:00 in the morning of Mach 10, 2016, they observed one (1) motorcycle, honda xrm, color black, bearing plate number 5485-JQ, engine number XRM16E141331 and chassis number XRM16141328 was parked and abandoned in front of Andy Food House of the above-mentioned place. Immediately said motorcycle was brought to Pagadian City Police Station for safekeeping and awaiting for the real owner to claim.  At about 04:00 in the afternoon of same date, Mr. Pedy Dalauta, of legal age, married and a resident of Barangay San Isidro, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur, personally came to Pagadian City PS and claim that he is the real owner of said motorcycle. Upon the verification Mr. Pedy Dalauta, presented the certificate of registration and certification from the Des Appliance Plaza, incorporated that said motorcycle honda xrm, which was stolen at Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur last November 12, 2013. The said motorcycle was properly turned-over to the rightful owner after presented the proper document for ownership.
