High Value Drug Suspect Nabbed in Tukuran
TUKURAN - PNP personnel of Tukuran MPS led by PCI GILZEN R MANESE, Chief of Police, conducted a buy bust operation at Purok Padayhag 1, Barangay San Carlos, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur on November 10, 2016 at about 7:45 AM. The operation resulted to the arrest of Russel Candia Y Dugenio a.k.a Ajal (HVT under COPLAN Singkamas), 44 years old, married, Barangay Kagawad, and resident of Purok 7, Barangay Tagulo, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Norte.Confiscated from his possession and control were the following: Four (4) pieces of small rectangular plastic heat sealed sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride locally known as shabu; three (3) pieces rolled aluminum foils ; one (1) rectangular transparent plastic used as container; one (1) unit of Zusuki Raider color blue with Plate No JM 5488 ; and two (2) pcs of one hundred peso bills used as marked money bearing Serial Number LV 983488 and LV 983489. The suspect is now temporarily detained at Tukuran MPS lock-up cell while appropriate case for violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002) is being prepared for filing in court.

Shooting Incident
PAGADIAN CITY - Shooting
Incident took place at Purok Upper Lomboy, Barangay Tuburan, Pagadian City,
Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:30 AM of November 10, 2016. The Pagadian CPS
identified the victim as Aurilio Riem Aliponga, 38 years old, male, married;
habal-habal driver by occupation, resident of Purok Upper Lomboy, Barangay
Tuburan, Pagadian City. Investigation conducted disclosed that victim was
sitting on his single MC, bearing plate number JA 56242 along the road of the
above-mentioned place waiting for a passenger, when suddenly two (2) an
unidentified riding criminals onboard undetermined single MC wearing a mask
suddenly shot the victim. As a result, victim sustained gunshot wound on his
left nape and was rushed to Hofileña Hospital for immediate medical treatment,
while suspects fled towards unknown direction after the incident. Evidence
recovered from the crime scene are one (1) fired cartridge case of caliber 45
pistol and one (1) piece of deformed slug of same caliber. PNP personnel of
Pagadian CPS is still conducting thorough investigation and operation to
possibly identify, locate and arrest the suspects. Motive of the incident is
yet to be determined.
