Shooting Incident
KUMALARANG - Shooting
incident occurred at about 6:25 PM of October 31, 2016, at Sitio Malig,
Barangay Poblacion, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified
Christoper Buntoyan Luardo, 26 years old, married a resident of San Isidro,
Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur, was shot by unidentified person. The victim
sustained gunshot wound on his nape which resulted to his untimely death.
Recovered from the crime scene was one (1) empty shell of caliber 45. PNP
elements of Kumalarang MPS conducted follow-up investigation to identify
possible suspect/s and filling of appropriate charges in court.
Shooting Incident
PITOGO - Shooting
incident transpired at about 07:48 PM of October 31, 2016,at Purok Tisa,
Barangay Poblacion, Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim Carlito Intan
Salinas Jr, 22 years old, single, fisherman, Filipino and a resident of Purok
Paglaum, Brgy Poblacion Pitogo, Zamboanga Del Sur, was shot to death by
unidentified person. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the
different parts of his body which resulted to his instantaneous death.
Recovered from the crime scene were four (4) pieces of empty shells of cal. 45
pistols. PNP elements of Pitogo MPS conducted follow-up investigation to
identify possible suspect/s and filling of appropriate charges in court.
Vehicular Accident
DUMALINAO - Motor
vehicular accident transpired at about 2:30 PM of November 1, 2016 at Purok
Upo, Sebucao, Dumalinao, Zamboanga Del Sur particularly along National Highway
of Dumalinao- Margosatubig Road. The vehicle involved described as: one (1)
unit Toyota vios, driven by Mark Darly Taripe y Barte, 26, single, Mid Rep by
occupation, resident of Purok Birds of Paradise, Poblacion, Margosatubig, ZDS;
and one (1) single MC Black Motoposh 155, driven by Jeffrey Salinas y Labadan,
25 yo, single, habal-habal driver, resident of Purok dos, Tampilisan,
Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay together with his backrider/passenger Archie Egoy
Y Buyal, 10 years old. Both vehicles accidentally collided and the driver of
single MC together with his back rider sustained minor injuries and are brought
to Margosatubig Hospital for treatment.

Accomplishment on Implementation of Search Warrant No. 93-2k16 for
Violation of RA 10591 and Search Warrant No. 92-2k16 for Violation of 9165.
LAKEWOOD - Joint PNP
personnel of Lakewood MPS led by PINSP PSYCHE VI L BARROQUILLO, Officer
In-Charge, and 2nd MP of ZSPPSC led by PINSP JAKE CAPITLY, implemented the
Service of Search Warrant Numbers 93-2k16 for Violation of RA 10591
(Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) and Search
Warrant No. 92-2k16 for Violation of 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of
2002), issued by Hon. Dennis P Vicoy, Executive Judge of RTC, Branch 29,
Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur. The Search Warrant was implemented at Purok
10, Barangay Poblacion, Lakewood, Zamboanga del Sur At about 5:30 AM of
November 01, 2016against the respondent Lucio Ampait Y Masulong, 37 years old,
male, married, farmer, resident of the above-mentioned place.
The operation
resulted to the arrest of the above-mentioned respondent and confiscation of
the following items, to wit:

a. One (1) Cal. 45 Pistol Colt with SN 936418
with one magazine;
b. Four (4) live ammo of Cal. 45;
c. One (1) empty Shell of unknown Caliber of
Firearm; and
d. One (1) inside holster
Search Warrant Number
92-2k16
a. Four (4) heat
sealed transparent sachet with white crystalline
substance suspected
to be a methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu;
b. Four (4) rolled
aluminum foils.
Subject person is now
temporarily detained at Lakewood MPS lock-up cell while appropriate cases are
being prepared for filing in court.
