Shooting Incident
PAGADIAN CITY - Shooting incident transpired at
about 12:50 PM, November 12, 2016 at Rizal Avenue, Purok Lower Lomboy, Barangay
Tuburan, Pagadian City, wherein victim identified as Momar Dris Y Maguindra, 38
years old, male, married, Municipal Councilor and a resident of Poblacion,
Dimataling, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot several times by two (2) unidentified
male persons riding a single mc color black while victim was about to drive
home on board his Mitsubishi Montero Sport parked beside the national highway
of said place. Victim sustained gunshot wounds at Masilla left point of entry
which exited to his right eye and post auricular and was immediately brought to
Pagadian City Medical Center, Pagadian City but was pronounced dead on arrival
by the attending physician. Suspects fled to unknown direction after the
incident. Motive of the incident is still to be determined.
Shooting Incident
TUKURAN - Shooting incident transpired at about 5:00
PM, November 11, 2016 at National Highway, Purok Sampaguita, Barangay Camanga,
Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as Ricky Gonzales Y
Serviano, 43 years old, married, cockfight referee (kuymi) and a resident of
Purok Dahlia, Brgy. Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur was shot by a
motorcycle riding criminals identified as Michael Pollisco with his back rider Jonathan
Yaon, of legal age. Victim sustained lone gunshot wound on his back and was
immediately rushed to Pagadian City Medical Center for medical treatment.
Recovered at the crime scene were two (2) fired cartridge cases believed to be
of cal .45. Motive of the incident is still to be determined.
Hacking Incident
AURORA - Hacking incident transpired at about 4:00
PM, November 12, 2016 at Purok San Isidro, Barangay Maguikay, Aurora, Zamboanga
Del Sur wherein victim identified as Shalmar Gesulga Y Malazarte, 25 years old,
single, laborer and resident of said place was hacked by suspect identified as Pedro
Saldabia Gonzaga, 30 years old, single, with live-in partner, laborer and a resident
of same place with the use of a scythe. Victim sustained hacked wounds on his
shoulder blade up to his nape and was immediately brought to Regional Health
Unit, Barangay Poblacion, Aurora, at around 5:25 PM of same date, said suspect
was arrested by the personnel of Aurora MPS through a hot pursuit operation.
Motive of the incident is still to be determined.
Stabbing Incident
MIDSALIP - Stabbing incident transpired at about 7:00
PM, November 12, 2016 at Barangay Hall, Purok 1, Barangay New Unidos, Midsalip,
Zamboanga Del Sur wherein victim identified as Rico Dumaluan Y Miyos, 36 years
old, married, farmer and a resident of Barangay Siloy, Calamba, Misamis
Occidental was stabbed by unidentified person while sitting together with the
bystanders at said place. Victim sustained stabbed wound on his back and was
immediately brought to Midsalip Infirmary Hospital for medical treatment and
subsequently transferred to MHARSGEN Hospital, Ozamis City.
