Arrest of Wanted Person
BAYOG - Elements of Bayog
MPS conducted manhunt police operation at Purok 4, Barangay Supon, Bayog,
Zamboanga Del Sur at about 7:30 PM of March 9, 2017. Arrested was Benedicto
Gallago, 43 years old, married, a resident of the above mentioned place. This
is for the crime of statutory rape issued by hon. Benjamin r. Lanzaderas, Presiding
Judge of RTC 9 Judicial Region-Branch 22 Pagadian City docketed under criminal
case number 13353-2017. He is now temporarily detained at bayog mps for proper
disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
LABANGAN - Operatives
of Labangan MPS arrested a murder suspect in Purok Curvada, Noburan, Labangan,
Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:30 AM of March 9, 2017. Arrested was Ernesto Lariosa
Mocoy, 44 years old, married, a resident of the above mentioned place. Subject
person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of murder
docketed under criminal case number 13319-2017, issued by Hon. Romeo T.
Descallar Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th
Judicial Region, Branch 19, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur Dated
February 13, 2017. Accused is temporarily detained at said police station for
proper dispsition.
