Drowning Incident
TABINA - Drowning
incident occurred at the creek of Purok Hendang in Barangay Doña Josefina,
Tabina, Zamboanga Del Sur. The dead body was already lifted from the said creek
by his relatives when the Tabina Police arrived. The victim was identified as Lossantos
Lomocso Paglinawan, 45 years old, single, farmer and resident of said place.
Accordingly, at about 6:00 AM of March 16, 2017, the victim was taking a
bath/washing his horse at the said creek. The mother of the victim Felisa L
Paglinawan worried for the victim failed to return home. She went to the creek
and found her son lifeless and floating at the said creek and believed that his
illness (epilepsy) was its cause. Accordingly, his son suffers periodic
seizures that resulted to the said incident.

Arrest of Wanted Person
DINAS - Operatives of
Dinas MPS conducted police operation on wanted person (service of arrest
warrant) at Purok 5, Barangay Sungoy, San Padlo, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 9:00 AM of March 16, 2017. The operation
resulted to the arrest of Roldan Delasilna Albarico, resident of said place.
This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of sec. 5 (a) of R.A. 9262
docketed under cc# 13295-2k17, issued by Hon. Benjamin R. Lanzaderas, Presiding
Judge Of Rtc 9, Branch 22 Pagadian City On February 8, 2017 with bail bond
recommended amounted to sixty thousand pesos (Php 60,000.00). Arrested subject
person is presently detained at Dinas Municipal Police Station.
