Shooting Incident
TIGBAO - Shooting incident transpired at Purok Malipayon, Guinlin,
Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur, at about 6:45 PM of March 2, 2017. Wherein the
victims were identified as Emilyn Ampel Marevillosa, 25 years old, single,
substitute teacher, resident of Purok Dancing Lady, Barangay Pantad, Dumalinao,
Zamboanga Del Sur, Rosanna Marevillosa Tapic, 28 years old, married, and Sweet
Rhegine Rose Marevillosa Tapic, 5 years old, both residents of Purok Malipayon,
Barangay Guinlin, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur were shot by two suspects
identified as Felix Carpentero and Julieto Carpentero, both of legal age, both
residents of Barangay Guinlin, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur. Investigation disclosed
that victims were having dinner when suspects suddenly appeared shot them for
an unknown reasons with the used of undetermined type of firearm. The victims
sustained gunshot wounds on the different parts of their body and were rushed
to the nearest hospital for medical treatment, while the two suspects
immediately fled to an unknown direction after the incident. Investigator on
case of Tigbao MPS is now conducting thorough investigation to determine the
motive of the incident and possible arrest of the suspects.

RA 7610 Violator Nabbed
PAGADIAN CITY - Personnel
of Pagadian City Police Station conducted a manhunt operation in Purok Rubia, Barangay
Buenavista, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del sur at about 6:20 PM March 3, 2017.
This resulted in the arrest of Vic Gloria Gallardo De Guzman, 42 years old,
married, resident of the above-mentioned place. subject person was arrested by
virtue of WOA issued by Hon. Raphiel F. Alzate, Presiding Judge, RTC, First
Judicial Court, Branch 1, Bangued, Abra, Docketed Under Criminal Case Number 2016-374
for violation of sec. 10 (a) of R.A 7610, with bail bond recommended amounting
to eighty thousand pesos (Php 80,000.00) for her temporary liberty. Arrested
person is now temporarily detained at pagadian cps lock-up cell awaiting court
order.
