Arrest of Wanted Person
PAGADIAN CITY - Personnel of Pagadian CPS conducted police operation
(service of arrest warrant) at Sagun St. San Francisco District, Pagadian City,
Zamboanga Del Sur. at about 9:30 AM of March 10, 2017. This resulted to the
arrest of Federico Sabado Hulog, 59 years old, married and a resident of Sagun
St. San Francisco District, Pagadian City. The accused arrested by virtue of
warrant of arrest for violation of sec. 5(e.2) of R.A 9262 VAWC, docketed under
cc# 13364-2k17, Issued By Benjamin R. Lanzaderas, Presiding Judge, Rtc, 9th
Judicial Region, Branch 22, Pagadian City on march 1, 2017 with bail
recommended amounting fifty thousand pesos (php50,000.00). Arrested subject
person is presently detained at Pagadian CPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
TUKURAN - Operatives of Tukuran Municipal Police station conducted
operation against wanted person (service of arrest warrant) at Barangay San
Carlos, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:00 AM of March 10, 2017. This resulted
to the arrest of Salvador Pinili, 46 years old, married, Sikad Sikad Driver and
a resident of Purok Kinason, Barangay Panduma, Tukuran, Zamboanga Del Sur. the
accused arrested by virtue of alias warrant of arrest for the crime of statutory
rape in relation to RA 7610 docketed under cc no 13322-2k17, issued by Presiding
Judge Benjamin R. Lanzaderas Of Rtc, Branch 22, Pagadian City Dated February 16,
2017 with no bail bond recommended. Arrested subject person is presently
detained at Tukuran MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
DUMALINAO - Elements of Dumalinao Municipal Police Station conducted
police operation (service warrant of arrest) at Brgy Baloboan, Dumalinao,
Zamboanga Del Sur. at about 11:20 AM of March 10, 2017 The operation resulted
to the arrest of Marlon Cordova Malaubang, 28 years old, married, farmer and a
resident of Purok Rosas, Baloboan, Dumalinao, by virtue of warrant of arrest
for the of acts of lasciviousness docketed under cc# 3386-d, issued and signed
by Pacifico Cimafranca Jr, Presiding Judge Of 9th, Judicial Region Of
Dumalinao-San Pablo-Tigbao And Guipos, with bail bond recommended amounted to
twelve thousand pesos (p12,000.00). Arrested subject person is presently
detained at Dumalinao MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
MOLAVE - Elements of Molave Municipal Police Station conducted manhunt
operation at Zamora Street, Barangay Maloloy-On, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at
about 1:10 PM of March 10, 2017. The operation resulted to the arrest of Nelson
Pedrano Raagas, 42 years old, male, married, habal-habal driver and resident of
Zamora Street, Barangay Maloloy-On, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. This is by
virtue of alias warrant of arrest for the crime of attempted parricide docketed
under cc# 2002-10-1233 issued by Hon. Camilo E. Tamin, Presiding Judge, Rtc,
9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave Zamboanga Del Sur Dated 5th December
2002 with bail bond recommended amounting to one hundred twenty thousand
(php120,000.00). Arrested subject person is presently detained at Molave
Municipal Police Station waiting for final adjudication from court.
Rape Suspect Arrested
DUMINGAG - Joint operation conducted by PNP personnel of Dumingag
Municipal Police Station, RPSB9 and Sinacaban Municipal Police Station of Misamis
Occidental conducted police operation on wanted person (service of arrest
warrant) at Barangay Dilud, Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 4:00 pm of
march 10, 2017. The operation resulted to the arrest of Jhonny Mamintal Placido,
34 years old, single, resident of Brgy Bulanay, Sominot, Zamboanga Del Sur.
This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of rape docketed under cc#
2548-13 issued by Hon. Edmundo P. Pintac, Presiding Judge 10th Judicial Region
Branch 13 Oroquieta City, Dated June 03, 2015 with no bail bond recommended. Arrested
subject person is presently detained at dumingag Municipal Police Station and
to turn-over to Sinacaban Mps for proper disposition.
