arrested for Violation of RA 9165
KUMALARANG,
Zamboanga del Sur (June 19, 2018) - Municipal
Drug Enforcement Team (MDET) of Kumalarang Municipal Police Station (MPS) successfully
arrested one person involved in illegal drugs during the conduct of buy-bust
operation at Purok Bombil, Poblacion, Kumalarang, Zamboanga Del Sur at about
4:20 in the afternoon of June 16, 2018.
The police identified the arrested
person as Rodolfo Dacula Lopez (newly identified drug personality), male, 34
years old, single and resident of Purok Campo Islam, Barangay Poblacion,
Kumalarang, Zamboanga del Sur.
The subject person was caught in
flagrante on the act of selling one (1) small sachet of suspected shabu worth
Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00) to PNP personnel who acted as a poseur buyer
during the operation that resulted to his arrest. Correspondingly, arrested
person was informed of his constitutional rights wherein he was read of the
Miranda Doctrine.
Afterwards, subject person was brought
to Kumalarang MPS for inventory of the seized item.
At the said station, prior to the
inventory, a bodily search was conducted incidental to his arrest in the
presence of invited witnesses Barangay Kagawad Halil Palot and Barangay Kagawad
Mark Anthony Indab, both elected officials of Barangay Poblacion, Kumalarang.
The search was resulted to recovery inside his pocket another Two (2) small
sachets of suspected shabu and a buy-bust money in Five Hundred Peso bill
(P500.00) with serial number CM271096.
Thereafter, arrested person was booked
for investigation while investigator on-case is conducting documentation of
evidences and the preparation of corresponding documents for his inquest at the
Provincial Prosecutors Office, Pagadian City. (By

Man
Arrested for the crime of Frustrated Homicide
DINAS,
Zamboanga del Sur (June 19, 2018) - PNP
personnel of Dinas Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Naga MPS arrested the
wanted person during the conduct of joint manhunt operation against wanted
person at Purok 3, Barangay Sulo, Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 9:30 in the morning of June 16, 2018.
The operation resulted to the arrest of
one Jose Hangka Tagyubon, 49 years old, male, married, Filipino, a resident of
Ludiong, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The said wanted person was arrested by
virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Frustrated Homicide issued by Hon.
Ruben N Bance, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Ninth Judicial Region,
Branch 29 of San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur dated October 03, 2017 docketed
under Criminal Case No. 17-163 with Bail recommended fixed at Php24,000.00 for
his temporary liberty.
The accused is now detained at Dinas
MPS detention cell while waiting for final adjudication from court. (By J.

Rape
Suspect Cuffed in Tigbao
TIGBAO, Zamboanga del Sur (June 19,
2018) - The PNP team of Tigbao Municipal Police Station (MPS) arrested the
suspect of rape during the conduct of joint manhunt operation against wanted
person at Purok 2 Gumahan, Barangay Limas, Tigbao, Zamboanga Del Sur at about at about 7:15 o’clock in the morning of June 16, 2018.
The police operatives identified the
arrested person as Norel Gamboa Y Galemit alias “Langlang”, 34 years old,
married, and a resident of Barangay Limas, Tigbao, Zamboagnas del Sur.
The said wanted person was arrested by
virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Rape docketed under criminal case
number issued by Hon. Ma. Theresa H. Aban- Camannong, Presiding Judge, RTC 10th
Judicial Region, Branch 9, Malaybalay City, dated May 8, 2018, charged for the
crime of Rape in relation to Republic Act (R.A) 7610, docketed under Criminal
Case No. 31783-18 with no bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty.
The accused is now detained at Tigbao
MPS detention cell while waiting for final adjudication from court. (By J.
