Man
Arrested for the Crime of Frustrated Homicide
DINAS,
Zamboanga del Sur (June 18, 2018) - The
PNP elements of Naga Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Intel personnel of
Dinas MPS arrested the wanted person during the conduct of joint manhunt
operation at Purok 3, Barangay Sulo, Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay on June 16, 2018 at about 9:30 AM.
The operating troops identified the
arrest person as Jose Hangka Tagyubon, 49 years old, married and a resident of
Ludiong, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The arrest was made by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest dated October 03, 2017 for the crime of Frustrated Homicide docketed
under Criminal Case Number 17-163, issued by HON. Ruben N Bance, Presiding
Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur with
recommended bail bond of Twenty Four Thousand (Php 24,000.00) Pesos.
The arrested person was brought to Naga

Woman
was shot in Mahayag by riding-in-Tandem
MAHAYAG,
Zamboanga del Sur (June 17, 2018) – A
woman was Shot by riding-in-tandem
criminals at about 3:50 PM of June 15, 2018 at Purok 3, Barangay Balamban,
Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur.
The responding police operatives of
Mahayag Municipal Police Station (MPS) identified the victim identified as Fe
Melchorita Negrido Buot, 45 years old,
married, female, sari-sari vendor, and resident of Purok 3, Barangay San Jose
of this municipality. She was shot by two (2) unidentified motorcycle-riding in
tandem criminals and fled towards unknown direction after the incident.
The Victim sustained gunshot wound on
her left thigh, she was immediately rushed to LTMPC hospital of this
municipality and subsequently transferred Ozamis City Hospital for further
medical treatment,
The PNP personnel of Mahayag MPS
conducted manhunt operation to possibly identify, locate and arrest the

Gun
Ban Violator Arrested in Molave
MOLAVE,
Zamboanga del Sur (June 17, 2018) – The
PNP personnel of Molave Municipal Police Station (MPS) arrested the person for
violation of Comelec gun-ban during the conduct of police operation on wanted
person (Service of Arrest Warrant) On June 14, 2018 at about 10:20 AM at
Barangay Blancia, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The operating troops identified the
arrested suspect as of Ernesto Zamora Edullantes, 47 years old, married, warehouseman
and resident of Purok Makuguihon, Blancia, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of a
warrant of arrest issued by Honorable Judge Loreto C. Quinto, Presiding Judge,
RTC, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur dated January 11, 2007 for Violation
of Comelec Resolution No. 6420 (Gun Ban) docketed under criminal case number
2006-10-1711 with a bail bond of forty thousand (P40, 000.00) pesos.
The arrested subject person is now
under the custody of Molave MPS for proper disposition. (By J. CADION)
